Hi mummies, have been so busy at work for almost past 2 weeks some of the days have to OT till almost 7pm. So happening at the thread that i got problem catching up...no time to read through all the past postings.
Bloom & Kimi, thanks for putting up the Dec Mummies Blog.
Mbb2, how is Meg? Appetite much better now? Brot Evee for her 3rd 6 in 1 jab last sat. Am surprised this time PD said her weight is ok though she is increasing at a decreasing trend. At 5 months 1 week she is only 6.1kg between 10 to 25%tile. He said its normal if their appetite not good for this period. Actually i took leave next week to start her on solids but PD dun allow said why i wanna start so early anyway still quite busy at work and can't take the whole week off next week so will delay by 1 week. Was hoping her weight can pick up after taking solids.
Dora, Bloom, got some medication for Evee's ezcema from the PD...medication and the jab cost $200+ got a shock when i heard the amount...the medication alone cost $50+...2 types of steriod cream, 1 body cleanser and 1 cream. Think one of the cream one of you using for your bb called desowen..the cleanser and cream brand is pysiogel, heard before?
Och, Madeleine has got a really bright and cheery look.

today, hubby bbsit bb tx. ai-yo, when I came back from work, bb tx is sitting on her big boss ocking chair so quiet and admiring her toys while hubby is cooking.
then after I placed my thing down and wash my hand etc, I pee at bb tx to see if she urine. wow piang, my finger stain with her 'curry sauce' man...no wonder she sit so quietly without moving....poos man... my hubby said gd gar, lucky she poos (her last poos is on mon) at the right time and wait for mummy to clean up(hubby hardly clean her,only one since bb tx is borned).
then quickly eat and then pump milk at 1910pm (hubby feed her) after that hubby bathed bb tx (fr birth till now me have not bath her before only towel dry her and change her cloth). surprising after bath, this little fella is so active that she flipped from middle of our bed to another end and then mess up the bed. so dangerous man...sometimes, she dun flip at all. so while hand wash her handchief etc, I placed her into play pen safer and when i came back, she zz...liao (thta's her usual bedtime ard 8pm++). so guai man...

ai-yo. got spoon one huh...before I ordered the cup tiramisu fr u, I already gather small spoonfrom my staff canteen. everyday, my col helped me to ta bo and then 'snatch' their plastic spoon, fork, chopstick etc (haaa evil grins...) and then we placed them in the container at our mini pantry.
haa..yr cup tiramisu thos young ones quite appreciate but not the old folks. hubby and I love it veri much loh. that's day I returned fr my mum'plc ard 2100++ already drooling liao so asked hubby to eat one and then I slipped 2 tea spoon.

I suddenly remember liao that are u the one who most of the time sitting at the corner? while waiting for the exercise to begin, u 'steal' time marking paper and also mark very fast (haa..hubby said u anyhow mark...oops).

haa...force hubby to drink...last time, during confinement (the first 3 days bm have not arrived, temp supplement with nan), I also forced myself to drink nan before it needed to throw away 4 wks and placed 5 scoops into my milo.
thks for the offer, after thinking, hmm still got 2 wks only, I better buy small tin. but intended to go NTUC to buy but hubby can't find it (cos got NTUC voucher mah). giant do sell smaller tin of nan loh. thks for explaining the nan HA one.

wow...yr gar poos got sound one huh? u still heard it (have u slp yet?) for me, of cos, i will change her for hygenice purpose(scared got nappy rash mah). imagine sleeping with a batch of poos under , one will feel uncomfortable.
last time, used to wake up to change my gar's diaper at 3am (my gar even cange diaper, she slp like log, bo chap...haa) now dun care (anyway, now she dun urine much at night) let her slp thru night and then next feed ard 5-7am then change her.

I did receive KKH juniors newsletter.the contest require $30 resigration fees for non kkjc member but $15 for kkjc member loh.

toys'r'us sale not worth going, cos the q is just too long. toys r mostly at 25% off, unless it's an overstock item. a lot of playdough, doll sets, toy cars, trikes etc. i think more for older kids. for bb our age, there r high chairs, bb swings n playpens, 1-2 walkers, some bruin toys.

My mom looks after my 2 girls when I am working. But I will go to my mom's house every night and put them to bed then go home, sometimes at 11pm, cos I sometimes will doze off. Reach home must start pumping milk around midnight. So, super shack every night.

Blending cooked vegetables shouldnt be much of a problem.. I normally add a bit of water so that it will be blended a bit "smoother".. it does come out like mash potato type. How much did you pay for it?

Yup, yesterday, hubby and I went to Jurong east branch NTUC but still can't find 400g of Nan. then I went home first with bb tx and hubby went to IMM giant to buy. will be starting her 1 feed of FM per day. usually, she has 1 more feed (6 feeds) at my mum'plc but only 5 feeds at my hse. I have increase her intake of ebm to 150ml since y'day.

wow, seem usually mummy is more alert than daddy one. my hubby slp like a log at night. ask him to feed bb tx during the first feed at 5-6am (cos I have to pump at 6am so need to ask him to feed), need to wake him up a few times. hai..sigh...so fed up sometimes.

ai-yo...how can u not miss hubby instead man...yup, since y'day, went to search high and low (left and right somemore) for 400g of nan at NTUC but can't find. so in the end, hubyb went to IMM giant to 'grab' it. will be starting her 1 feed of FM per day today. usually, she has 1 more feed (6 feeds) at my mum'plc but only 5 feeds at my hse. I have increase her intake of ebm to 150ml since y'day.
by increasing her intake, I reliase that she can 'tong' at least more than 3hrs, not so hungry or else with 120ml, she can't ta han till 3hrs.

I did not bath her b4 since birth till now. cos first 2 mth, stitch still not ok. so hubby continue bathing. then on 3mth owards, I told him let bb tx bonding with her(cos I'm latch on so more time spend with bb tc than hubby) and also back pain and he continue. so on and on, hubby continue bathing bb tx till now. I only place clothes on her after bathing etc.
yup, hubby 'tied' bb tx onto her big boss rocking chair, on the tv and then bb tx will watch tv. then he can cook (fried veg and steam fish or open can food he can find in the drawer). so on fri, when I returned home fr work, we can quickly eat dinner first then pumped (while bb tx is also have her last feed) at 7pm+ (a slight delay) and then after that cast aside the dish and then bath bb tx. after that, plc this little fella onto her playpen and she doze off.
Have also 'resigned' fr hosehold task except folding clothes only and hubby took over the hsehold loh since I'm preggie. I'm so buzy and dead tired and where to find time to do hsework. currently, hubby is not working as his contract end and is looking for job.

wen bb meg was very little, i shake the milk coz it was diff to dislove and i din realised tat it will caused wind. i was corrected by some mummies here, so i stop tat.
now, bb meg will wan me to carry her in one arm then rock her till she shiock shiock then will signal me to feed her. so, it's like drinking "milkshake" lor. milk plus mama rocking

my bb is having tt problem now. worse thing is she is having cold and cough now, so doc said she has to drink diluted milk... so far, her appetite is improving slightly, 120ml can drink abt 90... previously, drink 90ml every 6-7hrs... peng...

Aiyo.....2day is really a *you jing wu xian* day for me n philson.....
went sil's place to celebrate her ger's bd.....then hubby poured almost 3/4 can of coke on my new WHITE jeans.....hmmp....i was carrying philson at that time.....heng he didnt kana the coke......lucky my sil lend me her pants.....ow i dun know how to go shopping with coke stain white jeans.....
after the party, we went Lot1 for grocery shopping.....GUESS WAT!!!!!!!!!......i came out of the car, carrying philson n didnt see this eh....i dun know wat do we call that lah....it's 2 pieces of BIG rect stones at the parking lot to stop the car from parking too backwards....i trip on it n fell to the front carrying philson at that time.....wow piang.....my mind was thinking, if i fell flat....DAT'S IT.....philson will become roti prata cos the carpark has rough surface n my full weight will b on him.....so i quickly performed my *jacky chan's stunt*.....instead of fell flat, i quickly try to fall on my knees n slide afew cm b4 i came to a stop.....(u ve to imagine in jacky chan's show...he always did that when people try to hit him or slide to get under something low)....this slide cos me to tear my sil's pants n two big lumps on my knees......now i look like i ve 4 knee caps....2 on each side.....but i really thank God that philson is unhurt.....he can even smile at me n give me the kind of *mummy....can u do this again* look.....sigh.....he didnt know how much his mum suffer
oh n all this while from the loud *ahhhhhhhhhhh* until i slide on the floor.....as i realised my knees are kinda painful,...i then change to sitting position with philson in my arm...imagine a woman, carry a bb (who looks quite happy) sitting in the middle of the carpark......but my hubby was standing there.....looking.....@@s BIG BIG, mouth oso BIG BIG......i ve to ask him to carry philson then he walk over to carry......hiazz....think my *stunt* shock him....kekeke n after he get over his shock, he told me juz now my fall is those slow motion kind....i bet he regret he didnt managed to video it down....
i really Thank God that he keeps philson safe in this accident.....n mummy's love for bb is so great that even *jacky chan's stunt* can b put to use.....

madeleine is down with bronchitis.
i brought her to see a new pd on fri cos her regular pd is caught up in icu. told the new pd that i thot she was wheezing but the new pd told me she's ok, just a mild infection nia. made me so happy on fri. she gave me some medicine that has absolutely no effect. madeleine coughs as badly as b4 n she totally cannot breathe thru her stent. she barely slept on fri night. on sat, brought bb to see her regular pd n her pd told me it's bronchitis liao.
to make matters worse, she was just fitted with a new nose stent on fri, n the nose stent + runny nose makes it impossible for her to breath. we had to take out the nose stent else she cannot drink milk without suffocating. but putting in the stent is v. painful, so it's not like we can put in n take out every feed. dunno what to do now. hope her nose wun collapse b4 she recovers fr bronchitis.

i myself almost had an accident while carrying nat just now. was carrying her upright, and didn't support her back.. then suddenly felt her leaning backwards and before i knew it, she was like 60 degrees bent over backwards! i quickly supported her, just in time to prevent her head from knocking onto the marble dining table at my mum's pl. i simply can't imagine how disastrous the whole thing could have turned out due to my own carelessness...
later on, when i put her down to talk to her, she kinda sounded like she was chiding me for being so careless... oops!

This is Annette's so-called 1st "holiday", and she really seemed to enjoy it a lot! Brought her ard for the meals, and she was so well behaved. But I think she suffered post-holiday blues just now, cos was cranky in the evening, haha.
