saw that u giving your boy carrots. my friend in canada warned me abt giving carrots. this is what she wrote "What I found out from research was that carrots have lot of nitrate in them that's not good for babies under 1. It's different when it's pre-bottled carrot from Gerber or some baby food company. Same goes for spinach" just a thought to share
