Thanks for your concern leh! The one I'm going to interview tonight is 27 yrs, worked in singapore for one family for 9 yrs! And her salary is high, 400+. After discuss with my family, think maybe she is too over qualified for me, too much experience might not be a good thing, right? Thinking to change to criteria to the following
Filipino, 26-30yrs, university/college level, new to singapore, married with kids! Is it a wiser choice?

Dumpty, Cayden also sick sick for more than 1 week liao. Same as Gabriel - cough, running nose but no vomiting . The heartpain part is when we tried to clear his stuffy nose using the pigeon sucking thingy.. he screamed and screamed till so cham. like ganna tortured.. sigh..
