Mummies, u know why i am so piss now. I tasked my BIL to get the cake with my hubby. I even show my BIL the end result. When he saw the cake, he also argued with Pine garden and the stupid reason they gave him also piss him off. He called me immediately, i told him bring back the cake. Not possible for me to get a cake last min....
When i saw the cake, GOSH!!!!
I was more upset and disappointed than Janelle....

OC,Sorry!!! never give u my acct no yet... pls give me sometime..Reason: I am down with HFMD and so Is both my girls! Had high fever for 2 days hitting 40 degrees at evenings and nights!!! WE are all iosolated at home for 2 wks and i'm exhauseted from looking after the 2 sick girls while i'm sick myself too. Doc says Adults don't get it so i'm a rare case.
Am taking Antiviral medication for it!

U can give E laetol satchets(can buy at any pharmacy, mix with water/mik to drink. One satchet morning, one at night. Must be the antibiotics that is causing it, it is side effects... Becoz my big girl also have LS after taking this antibiotic Augmentin. Also apply DEsitin,or J&J nappy cream... Thinkly so the bum can heal... Poor babies.....
Best to avoid crowded places now as the HFM (Hand-Foot-Mouth ) Disease is v prevalent at this time of the yr. I think we all got it from my girl's sch or some other crowded place. IT is passed thro the air so quite dangerous.....

The agar agar looks yummy and nice. Where did you all order it and how much is it?
Can see that you all put in so much efforts for the 1st birthday celebration. Some of the mumies here even decor the venue for the kids.

celebrated Germayn's bday at home last sunday. just a small celebration who family members at hoome..actually, only cut cake la. haha. then it was about 9pm when we had the cake cutting thing, and by then she was so grouchy and tired. but when we fed her the cake, she was happy again. haha. greedy gal! then ytd, during her actual day, something cropped up in office, and i had to stay till 11pm. felt so bad. when i came home she was already fast aslp, but i sang happy bday song to her still la. hahaha. abit dumb.

This is what i extracted from the internet from iras page regarding income tax. Though didnt receive income but still must declare.
Q: I did not work in year 2005. Do I still need to complete the Income Tax Form or e-file?
A: If you have received an Income Tax Form or IRAS PIN mailer (Electronic Filing letter), you have to submit the Income Tax Form or e-file even though you may not have to pay any income tax.
If you did not receive any other income such as rental income, dividend, interest, etc, in the year 2005 and wish to e-file to declare "NIL" income, click Continue at the bottom of the e-filing screen. Then click Submit to e-file your declaration. You will see an Acknowledgement Page once your filing is successfully transmitted to IRAS.

Arin had a nice little celebration at my mom's place with a 500g cake from Room for Dessert...unfortunately, I don;t really have a nice photo of the cake cos Arin swipe off a chunk when we put her next to the cake to take photo...ha ha ha...the cake was very delicius though, she was quite happy to eat it.
Oh, anyone tried to do the traditonal choose things to see what the kid will grow up to become? We took Arin to my mother in law's place for ancestral prayers and she laid out a tray of stuff for Arin to choose...my kid choose money..ha ha

Re. income tax, you would still have to file your nil return notwithstanding that you did not derive income in the past year (i.e. 2006). When you said "summon", were you charged a penalty? You could write to IRAS to explain that you have not been working during the calendar year 2006 and did not derive any income and request a waiver of penalty (if any).

nitegal, i was charged a $50 composition fee when i received the letter. The letter was dated 2 jul and was sent to my former address by the time i saw the letter which was last friday, im already too late for the stiputated deadline.
I didnt know i need to file because I did not received those forms earlier.

EMerson is alot better already. In fact, he's like 95% recovered. the other 5% goes to his rashes. Quite bad because his fever was very high. He had false measles.

He also incurred a penalty charge but he called/wrote in to get it waivered. Usually with valid reason, they will waiver it for u.

hi everyone, thanks for your concern... in fact char is ok with the pox... she dun even realised got few spots on her arms n legs... she didn't even scratched it... so far she taking it well, no solid food for her n these 2 days her appetite came back liao... she seems to like the water chestnut drink that we cook for her...
