HI mummies,

Looks like I am the only one who signed up for GUG. Term starting on 23 June..went to pay already yesterday :p My girl enjoyed the trial. Personally i like the various activities they have but i agree that the zoophonics is not meaningful for bbs our age.

GUG - think too long and too many activities too...K was uncontrollable in there. And the teachers were really unprepared. Altho I like the part that they include chinese in the lesson. We dun really speak mandarin at home. That was the only part K really paid attention to.

Teachers unprepared? Maybe coz it was a pte trial. I like the teachers alot when E was having the trial.

MJs for hubbies? When then who look after our babies..??

Mylar/Foil Balloons
Anyone wanna rent or sell their used foil balloons? Thought of getting a couple more. Itchy fingers.

Ya..but unfortunately I ordered from grefio already. The mylar balloons are really nice until my girl was paying more attention to it yesterday. Anyway, she's still having a fever..sigh..need to scoot off from office soon :-(

coz 50% not applied to all items right? thot someone said something like that...dunno i rem correctly not.

but price on website is on 15% off.....then another 50% on top of that? then i will chiong down next mth liao!! hahaha
 
Jul - from my understanding is on all items..

and on ORIGINAL PRICE. so only 50%.... dun hv the 15% liao lah. :p

The GUG trial was together wif the existing class..but still unprepared..sigh...

Dunno leh..OC's hb told my hb to organise a MJ session one...so I guess we PTTs have to stay at home to look after bb.

I'm from Jan06 MTB thread
My sis owns a market research co. and needs to do a survey on mummies with the following criteria:
1) has a kid between 0-12 mths taking milk powder or breast fed
2) Can attend a 2 hr survey session on monday 18 June. timeslot depends on which milk powder/BF the kid takes.

Mothers will be paid $70 for their effort.
 
YB - ic. no wonder you all say not happy with their hygiene standards. I dun feel that their teachers are unprepared, guess as a teacher myself, i understand that sometimes, unforeseen things can happen during a lesson and a teacher has to react fast to handle the situation - hence the drawing of a fish on board when she could not find the toy fish hahaha...

but i find the teachers are not too good at handling difficult students...as parents, we may feel annoyed or surprised when other kids misbehave but as a teacher, you should be prepared for such things to happen and how to handle these situations. What's more, you are conducting a class for babies! the most unpredictable human beings who cannot quite express themselves thru words. I dun like one of the teacher's disapproving looks at the maid - very condescending. My personal opinion lah...

btw, how much is GUG's lessons ah? Do they specify minimum times per week to attend? Their trial is more ex than JG's trial but i heard their actual term fees cheaper...is it true?

I feel stress leh! Mummies here all soo hardworking to preparing the little one 1st BD.

I still haven't do anythings yet. Bryan's BD is 2nd July.

If want to have a party, can only do on 1st July cos 30/6 my hubby's cousin wedding leh..

kinda confused...

electronic engi hubby got project in dubai.. suppose 3wks now become 3mths? hiaz donno when coming back... time drags esp... so find prog & frds go out almost daily...

i'm SAHM coz MIL sabo me during confinement: "stay @ home urself to tkc of bb"
they dont want maid @ home so gotta be SAHM.. am staying w/MIL in JW...
was cust svc & admin @ smsung svc ctr....
