thanks. U managed to capture nice shots of my boy. Usually we are too slow to catch candid shots, he will be staring at the camera, so photo not very nice...

why do u say Charlene is not ready? The Ikea is kinda big for Joshua, so we use bolster/pillow to provide a bit of cushioning. Joshua cannot really sit unsupported for long either (exception:when he's playing at his activity panel
!). Still learning to balance.

feeding babies are indeed messy! We have to hold onto Joshua too. He spilled half his cereal twice already (even though i'm using the muchkin bowl with suction pad!) My hubby usually have to hold onto him or else he will snatch the spoon from me! Nowadays, my hubby will play his Sam Hui CD to distract Joshua. And he seemed to be dancing to the tune....

peach, my boy is like that initially, messy lot. Now not so much of a problem, I can sometimes feed without using a bib. I get the que when he's full, he will grab the spoon and turn his head away. Generally he will kick with excitement when he sees me coming with a spoon and a bowl.

Little Twin Star - Of coz not, DH is welcome... hope he doesnt feel out.

Misayeo - Oh dear, u "stalking" me. Hahaha. I dont know who u are! hahaha
 
I am quite down today, went to poly clinic to take blood test for bb again. Once again, he's not up to mark and I'm referred back to KKH for further test. Sigh. I am worried and heartache what kind of pain will EMerson go thru.

I also read my gal's que. If she likes the food & is hungry, she'll sit quietly for u to feed. Otherwise, she'll start playing the food with her tongue & mouth, suck her fingers with her mouth still full of food, suck the bib, suck the high chair, turn her head away etc...

Emerson looks healthy to me. And he's in fact much chubbier than before. Wat did the report says?

PM - So sorry to hear that! Did the doc say what's next? I know that it will pain any mummy to see their darling baby going through this type of thing. But, its better to be safe. Once we know what's the problem, then we can quickly find a solution. Hang in there, ok? Will pray for E.

Y charlene is not ready for high chair bcos we can't control wat high chair the restaurant have... & at this stage she's very active keep kicking... the strap between her legs can't hold her well... the lobang is big & if no one is looking her 2 legs might be js in one hole & slip thru' so quite dangerous too, unless the strap bet. her legs can bring forward to strap w her waist the can control the tightness...
 
hee.. these are the only "can-make-it" solo shots of Kristen. quite disappointed cannot get the photoshoot done.. oh well. there's always a next time

Kristen looks spontaneous...not grouchy to me. Yup, can always take photos again when she is older? I believe it will turn out even better.

Fretting at night...
These two nights, my boy has been fretting. He will make noise in his sleep...sometimes he will go back to sleep again but at times, he will start wailing. He will wake up every 2 hours or so...and I will water....but shortly he woke up again. So gives him milk but then shortly woke up again...then pat him to sleep or just watch him tossed around the bed. Very exhausted cos I am having a flu, not too sure if it is because of the warm weather (he is perspiring) and I did not turn out the aircon....just fan so that the virus will not be isolated. Me very tired

This yr, I'll have reunion wif my parents 1 day before CNY eve. Then CNY eve will b with ILs. Cos this yr, my sis got married & can't join us on CNY eve lor...otherwise, I normally eat 2 dinners on CNY eve...

Kristen looks so lovely..not grouchy at all leh. So envious she has so much hair...mine is pathetic!

For reunion dinner, I'll be going to in-laws place for lunch and then followed by dinner at my mum's place. Quite siong..but hope bb is cooperative :))

For reunion diner we have it at our home cuz father in law stay with us,by then my SIL and their kid will come over to join us

problem with in law,me also have ,but get better already,last time my SIL anyhow feed my boy but after my Hb tell her off then she stop

Yah.. the wound heal already but he still have occasional cough. Yesterday suppose to take Hep B injection but the doc don't encourage because my boy cos rushes due to the cough & running nose.
The funny thing is the doc at polyclinic do not remember what the name of virus causes the cough & cold. LOL

good to hear,last month my boy also get rashes from drooling but my PD still inject him the hep B,and he is ok ,did not get any problem

after CNY my boy will have the pneumococcal jab,sigh
this time I have to pay $170 for the jab and consultation

Thanks all for yr kind words. Emerson indeed looks healthy n chubby too. His Neutrophil is low and I read from the net that nuetrophil is part of white blood cells and that's suppose to help them fight bacteria and infection. Lack of this will cause him to be sick frequently and in severe cases, loses their life. I wept and wept last night as I read thru in detail the condition of nuetropil deficiency.

JP - The problem with polyclinic is that they just refer you to KKH without telling me what's next. I rckon that they will ask me to do another bloodtest again and see the results, if still low, Im sure they will put him into tests and tests again.

I dont even know what I could do next to make his blood better. I just knew from my knowledge that I hld keep him away from crowded places.

*hugshugshugs* i can understand how u feel. was very upset too when kristen failed her hearing tests. think must take extra care of baby E.. at least find out early before get some serious infection now hor.. when's ur kk appointment? hope it's soon.. n hope they can advise u what can be done. bring along the bloodtest results from the polyclinic if u can so they dun have to repeat that same test again. if wanna do test only do the different tests. dun make baby E suffer unnecessarily.

reunion dinner - my hubby went to ask his mum if we could leave after the dinner @ his mum's ILs (haha.. IL of MIL) so we could join my family for cny-eve. half-half mah. she said cannot.. it's a whole night affair, eat steamboat must eat slowly n leisurely n stay longlong. -_-

same as u.. i also no confidence in bringing my girl out alone with me. last time bring her go polyclinic first n my hubby go park car. i also like one big mess when i alone. haaa..

C wat the specialist say, cause poly are medical officer..they cant advise much ..! Dont tink too much ya..will pray for E...

I just call Gymboree to confirm ur timing.

some info
1) there will be a registeration form to be fill on tat day
2) Parents - pls bring socks
3) Can also bring a blanket in case bb get cold.
4) only parent is allow during the class. however when we move to the equipment part, both parents can be around to help out.
5) instead of the magezine, you can also print out the free class on the website.

www.mumcentre.com.sg - retail&Service providers - go to gymboree, under events there is a one free class. then print that.

ok... so dun need to search for the mag! :p

since my boy like to stand and felldown often and hurt his head (one time),now my boy wear head protection when he awake,just like helmet,I bought it from cutiesjunior,the material 100% cotton with high density foam,I suggest you get one for your boy since he also like to stand by himself,may be you can order from BP

btw, i've gone for the gymboree trial @ serangoon gardens. do try to go early as the parking there is really quite a nightmare!!
