Any mummies still have the Bumbo chair and want to sell?? My hubby saw it and wanted to get it for baby. I'm thinking of getting a 2nd hand since I dun know how long baby will be using it.. Now baby is about 8kg and I dun know if he can still fit into the chair also..

Please let me know if you are selling and how much. Thanks!!

Speaking of CNY. this year is my hubby n my first CNY marrrrried. jialat. cannot receive angpow liao n must give angpow already.. we're both feeling very funny about this.. how ah. must give angpow to my elder bro.. n to my friends??? they're all single!! hahaa.. n to my single elder relatives? must give also huh? aaaahh.. feel funny giving them also..

haha.. i poor la.. my mum say just give 4 bucks in the angpow can liao.. now i know why my mum everytime keeping an eye out for free angpow papers every cny.. i have 0 angpow papers. reality is starting to sink in.. this year.. my bag will start out full of angpow n end with less angpow.. instead of ending being filled with angpow.. i won't get the pleasure of opening angpow anymore!!! AHH!!!


hehe. i think my hubby paiseh to go. haha..but i juz feel like dragging him along otherwise he have to drive up n down to pick me n the girl up.

U only need to give ang baos to the children/unmarried young adults in ur hubby's family/relatives...Also, must bring mandarin oranges when go visiting. Must exchange for new mandarin oranges before u leave ur relative's hse.

Hi Peach,
Ya, must look out for red packets now..mostly, banks & dept stores will give free red packets lor..so just keep. Also, good to change your money into smaller denomination early. To avoid the queues in the bank.
 
YB, I'll come by if Kaedi is well. She still has some phlegm but PD says should be ok in 2-3 days.

u no need give angpows to all relative..only youngs kids...then those havent married one..but if same generation as u or hb..then no need give....most impt must give grandparents and ur parents and parent in laws loh....if got younger siblings not married..give oso..but elder siblings..no need...

dsii, my hb's sister elder than him 7yrs old, not married still must give leh... & his mum got relatives in malaysia, last year is the first year with his family... then when we go in... his mum keep telling him to give & give & give... she keep remembering who we haven't give... even those not around must pass it to the parents also... so sickening... our practice is who not around dun need to give, her practice is everyone must give... give until we broke then she know...

Talking abt CNY, last year I lugi, coz BB not born yet and I have to give liao. I still give my elder cousins ang pao leh....
I got one qn to ask, do u and hubby give ang pow to parents, as in u give one and hubby give one, or give as a couple?
 
yar loh... then i broke liao... she'll definitely give charlene lar... but my hb will insist to give her elder sister as long as sh's not married..

Aiyo i've been letting my ger 'chew' n play with my hp cos she likes then just now realised my hp was totally drenched with her saliva!! As expected my hp just now hanged then after that couldnt even on! Guess wat? I quickly take out d battery n my sim card was wet! Luckily after i wipe it then now working liao...sigh..but dunno why they just love to play with hp n remote control instead of their toys leh...
 
OC - Wow, yr ger is amazing! My hb never let Emerson play with HP. I even get scolded from him last time coz i was sms-ing while Bf-ing him. He says the radiation is very bad for babies etc etc... but I jus find him over protective in this context.

Eeyore, so both of u give parents as one ang pow? That's what I did last year, but they say cannot must each of us give one ang pow to each parent.
