everyone... called MYGYM.
they make a mistake. this sunday 2pm class is for 9mths above kids. for our age kids... still planning.
however, she keep saying cannot form pte class.

YB, no la. im wasnt sure if i can go so i didnt add myself to the list yet. till now i also duno. gotta depend on my kids' situation ba. brought lycia to see Dr Sim from Elias mall. then have to nebulise her for 4 days. so now both Kai and Lycia have to be nebulised. sian man. Then Dr Sim said that her wheezing is quite bad, and she prob has asthma cos she's been having bronchitis so often. Then have to bring her back for review in 4 days. might have to get some inhaler for her after that.

When i show my temper, they (my family) will say i "Wu Li chu nao" . From birth till now , they never have a word of concern except sarcastic remark.
I thought customary is just a day thing, i can endure all the nasty remark ppl say and it will be over but it continues.
I think i sound like already depress. I really no mood to study or work . My mind not there anymore.

Sandy, maybe your hubby wants to save more money b4 moving out? Duno leh.. I'm still staying with my in laws, and it really does save us alot of money. at least we don't have to pay those monthly flat instalments (even though they are can deduct cpf la) and reno loan. We're trying to save more money so that when we eventually get a house of our own, we can pay for the reno in full.
but well, i guess mothers and fathers are different ba. it's like.. i can't go out with my friend for ktv sessions anymore cos i must help take care of the kids, but things are different with my hubby. i'm jealous, sometimes, most of the time la..actually. haha. but no choice.. for my case, i was the one who wanted to keep the kids.

Yes my own family members give sarcastic remark like when i am due on deliver i complain pain. They make of fun of me using this, worst they say my BM not nutrition etc . I was so sad and demoralised.
I wish i really move out just have an area of my own. I can do anything i like.

The bibs are 6 (roughly S$18). Worth every penny, in my view. I don't care how messy he gets now cos nothing gets on his clothes and it's so easy to rinse and wring out without worrying about the plastic cracking. Would love to help you get the bib but you'll have to wait and you prob don't wanna do that. We're shipping most of our stuff to Spore and am only carrying Dylan's essentials. I'm flying alone with him so am not over-packing my luggage. Shipping will take awhile so I think you're better off ordering from Australian companies? Silly Billyz is from New Zealand, but the NZ companies who will mail them to Spore charge a lot. Cheaper to get from Australia.

so i think best to register first. then at the same time, zita can still try her luck to see if can arrange a pte trial class.

think of it... if ur hubby is stress becos of $, then of cos u nagging of moving out will irrate him.

now at lesat u dun not need to bother abt cleaning the whole house etc. if u staying by urself... means baby + clean whole hse + no cook food, or even cook water. everything hv to DIY leh.

Yeah, we live on our own in London and the nearest relative is 5h drive away. It's very jia lat not having anyone around to keep an eye on the bb or to even leave him for literally 15min if I need to run a quick errand. Even if the person doesn't take care of your baby (eg. FIL or young niece/nephew), you know there's someone around who will give you a shout if needed so you can take a shower or eat in peace. I am looking forward to these luxuries when I return to Spore.

think you and your hubby are both bottling up everything and it's bound to explode...both of you need to have a heart to heart talk to know what each other is going through. i know it can be difficult to set aside your pride and be the one to initiate conversation...coz i am the more stubborn one and i will always keep quiet till my hb talks to me first but he knows my pattern already so he also keep quiet sometimes...but if you value your marriage then putting aside your pride and try talking to him in a calm manner about the issues you are both facing, will help you to understand each other better. Perhaps expectations were not communicated and understood by both parties at the start. He is the closest person to you and by right there should be no pride issues between a couple...but it's really tough la.
Try to think from the angle of what is best for your family rather than who is right and who is wrong, else you will just get angrier and angrier.

Best deal meaning cheaper than other stores, no P&P (standard is 3.95-5.99), and good range of colours. kiddicare.com is cheapest at 4 but only has them in Lilac and there's 5.99 P&P. I bought them from babygurgles at 5, they've now raised the price to 6 but still the best deal. Very difficult to find in offline stores. I haven't seen them at all. Over here it's easier to shop online cos high street stores have limited ranges of products and limited stock. I can seldom find what I'm looking for in offline stores.

Zoe, he drinks abt 60ml-90ml per feed. and takes only 4-5 feeds per day....
YB, that one no sleeves arh. Emerson needs sleeves... how u find the "food catcher", I have one from lollipop, dont think it's useful leh, didnt "catch" any cereal. Haha

been using a similar one tat YB bought... no use leh as my boy itchy hands keep tuging on the bib!!! so need one with sleeves! haha

next time when our kids are more mobile, we can organise more trial class like with gymboree, kindermusic etc. I dun wan to keep carrying bb like the last Babies&Cream class!!! Zav is 9kg liao. no joke! haha

I iniate talk to him yesterday... I ask what he wants to deal with our relationship. He said " don't know" then i ask if he wants divorce he say no, submit my police report ? He also say no.
Neither of the above so i tell him we really need a house. BB responsiblity not on me is both of us. By right, he is suppose to be paying all expenses that BB needs since he don't need to support me. ( Can see he is going to cry cos eyes and ear red liao). And i also told him i don't wish to see him have a "record" that is why i have been holding and waiting for him to say the "magic word" & sign an agreement with me.
He kept silent till now. I am giving him till tonight, no answer from him i am going to submit report for the safety of BB & me.

Hi mummies,
when u cook porridge for your bbs, do you put any seasoning? I make potato porridge for my ger yesterday without seasoning and she loves it. However, my mum tends to put some soya sauce in the porridge she prepares for her. My little ger goibg to try sweet potato porridge today..hope she likes it too.
Btw, what type of rice do you use to cook? IS short grain rice better?

hehe. I'm goin for the photoshoot with david/ben of foto-u.com on the 11th next month. Hai. Am still thinking what clothes to wear or what to bring.. haha.. Hope that by then she can at least sit down then can do more cute poses. =D Gonna take convo shots too.. chose them cos the package is relatively cheap. had a proposal from the photogs who did my rom pics and it's like twice the price. can't afford it la.. haha..

Think ur hubby under alot of pressure already, dun overdo it... from what u're saying, he has a shop to run (which, in my opinion is no easy feat), he's got to contend with a wife who earns more than him, a baby to support/take care of, n a wife who is constantly asking him to get a house (which is not easy to get, kick his grandfather out of his house?)....
Sure there's a "by right" he be responsible for this n that, but every family situation is different. What's the "magic word" u r waiting to hear from him?
Anyway, the thing about having ur own house, like some of the mummies told u, it's not easy lor n I think it may bring about more challenges. I'm living with my in-laws during d wkdays n my parents during the wkends. And I pretty much appreciate the situation now.
Things we dun have to worry as much about staying with family: house loan, renovation expenses, household bills, having help for the bb (ok, sometimes still have to think about this cos we shld ultimately be the ones taking care of her, so feel guilty when we wan2 go out n date-date), household chores n cooking n laundry even. Actually, think our parents giving us chance n close one eye now cos my hubby's still studying. Really appreciate cos it lightens our load alot.
Of cos have to deal with "family problems" la.. but it's nothing compared to all the amount of help we're receiving.

PM, sandy, my bb also on milk strike leh. he's been rejecting milk since 5months. it's been much worse recently, and i rang PD up. he said to increase cereal to 3x and that so long as he's taking at least 400-500ml liquids, shld be fine
me too, interested in the bib wif sleeves. how does it look like huh? i cannot find a good bib and so far, i've been using the freebie ones and it's still messy at meal times.
sandy, i hope the situation will be resolved soon, hope things can be worked out, and no matter what, you have your little bundle of joy to keep your spirits up

Which mummies here waiting until 6 months to feed bb? I'm still 2 weeks away from the 6 months!!! Tempted... but she doesn't show the signs of needing solids yet also. =/

my in law house is a no-no. My currently is getting over crowded. My parent will be moving out with us so not much of a problem about house hold chores etc. We are using 3 ppl CPF for housing so nt much of loan we need to pay ( calculated) except i must make effort to pay my dad's CPF back. As for renovation, we already decided to be simple and already budgeted the amount. No $$ problem. His elder brother already help to take over his owner status with his grandfather, just some doc work to do which he is taking his own sweet time.
He no need to match my income status, all he needs is do his part to take care of BB. He already knew that I am capable of earning more $$ than him before we even ROM.

i took the package with david when ian was 2mths old..hehehe...quite patient guy...
re: solid food
now i only on n off feed ian with rice cereal not everyday..like once a week...will cook some porridge when he turns 6mths..and thats is going to be abt 1-2 weeks time..hehehe....
