OC, my gyane said for fraternal twins, normally it'll be genetic, from the gal's side. But for my side, as far as i know, there are no twins. there might be in the past, but i didn't ask anyone. My hb's side considered to have twins ba. His dad had a twin brother when his grandma was expecting, but the twins bro wasn't delivered successfully. quite sad...
Can't imagine having triplets, think i'll go crazy. haha.
Oh ya, and Germayn fell down the bed twice b4 also. Think like Ian, she'll push herself till there is one lobang and will 'escape' from there. And the pillows in my house don't really work anymore, think cos they're not very high, so she can mount over them.

Zita, i'm ok with the outing at your place at CCK, but mabbe not soon la, cos have to wait till kids are better.

YB, for the 20th, i'm not sure yet, have to see when my twins recover, if not i think i'll be needed at home.

MTDT, hope baby Z gets better soon..

pillows no use! Sigh! Xavier jus fell off from the sofa even tho i used 2 pillows to block. I was only away for 2mins and the next moment heard his cry. Found his body on the pillow but head on the floor. he stopped crying and smiled at me once i picked him up. I think he shldn't have landed on his head 1st. dun dare to tell my mum or else will sure kenah scolding. alamak, cannot be so careless next time.

If u going fFx later, see got anymore jeans skirt/shorts still available? The blue jeans with pink flowers one? Yesterday saw it but only got size 3-6mths. If u c have 9-12mths, can help me get 1? thx!

Mayb this mth gathering we take a rest first? Cos seems like lotsa bb falling sick, then the mummies sure cannot attend gathering. How?

Feb gathering we go MTDT's plc @ punggol? Then Zoe & the other new mummies can join us also? Meantime, they can warm up to the rest of the 'oldie mummies' at the forum first? Then March my turn, ok? How?

kin, need to ask you something, what medication does your PD prescribe to use with the nebuliser. my elder gal got the virus from my boy, and is now coughing till she keeps vomitting phlegm. not sure if i can use the nebuliser on her also. PD prescribed berodual and pulmicort. then she gave just enough pulmicort for my boy, and pulmicort is only available thru prescription. sigh.

mine was berodual and flixotide.I checked fr the web that pulmicort is also a preventor just like flixotide.
The berodual has ventolin inside which helps to reduce the coughing fits. The preventor will help to prevent the attacks of wheezing. So I would think that the medication of berodual would help if you would like to reduce the coughing of the gal. BUT still advisable to see the doc if she continues.becoz she may be whhezing. The amt that you give, i'm not sure but the same that you gave G would be ok i think. Better than none, she would have some relieve. If she is coughing non stop, have to stop it and usually the nebuliser would.
My elder gal takes the aero chamber with ventolin and serentide(reliever and preventor).

when see doc for medical report.. now left with just submiting it to police officer. What shall i do? My mother say why must i do this , she say he will nt do it again. But i don't trust my husband anymore.
 
Yes, we arrive in Spore on the 22nd so if the trial class is after, we'd like to join in.... Will definitely try to make it for Feb's gathering.

Hi,
I finally managed to take a pic of Dylan smiling.... after so many months. He doesn't smile in front of the camera. We have to hide the videocam to catch him laughing.
I tried uploading a pic of Dylan but I can't lower the reolution to fit and if I crop it will crop even his face out to fit the requirements. Does anyone have a prgram to give me a hand? Perhaps I email you the photo?

wah! I a few days never read the thread then took me the whole day to catch up...read till i a bit blurr liao. =P Very busy with the last stages of reno...only slept 3hrs last night coz i kept thinking about the house....can open my house too at the later part of the year!

Your twins so cute! Hope they are feeling better.... when i was pregnant, we thought it would be quite cool if i had twins coz my family has twins but after just handling one....think i will pengsan man! kudos to you!!!

really sorry to hear about your situation. maybe should take a day to think through first. right now, both of you are angry and may not be able to make the right decision, and may regret it later. perhaps you and your hubby can consider counselling? regardless, it's never the baby's fault, please try to think positive.

u shld think carefully loh..like some mummies mentioned..u 2 may be angry wif each other now that's y u said u cant tahan him...but do u still love him? do u still want to give ur marriage a try? i think there's alot to consider too..u relax 1st..then think carefully..so where u staying now??? mum's place?

Pls reconsider before submitting the report. Why not have a gd talk with ur hubby?

Both of u are just married and all married couple will have some rough time. Furthermore, the bb came along right after that so both of u may face slightly more rough patches than those who got the chance to enjoy honeymoon period. It will take sometime to make things works.

If u need someone help, u can always engaged a counsellor.

What ur mum said was not wrong, every mother will like their children to have a gd marriage. If there is chance to salvage pls do so.

HI mums, I just back from Orchard. HAha left E with daddy for 6 hrs and switch off my HP! Lolx. Quite hard hearted hor, I was shopping but thinking of baby E, end up buying many many things for him and none for me.

Went to Paragon Fox but so disappointed to find nothing. Hmmm ok lah, sales, so expected. all left with 3-6mths, so tempted to buy keep psycho-ing myself that he will fit in. Crazy mummy.

If it's any consolation, all men are selfish. It's the way nature has made them. They are not as fortunate as to be given the generosity and compassion women possess.... He has no right to lay a hand on you and I would be very furious and upset if it happened to me. Some people act rashly, esp in the middle of the night and under stress. It is no excuse, but it does happen even to the best of us.... We can get nasty after little sleep and being over-worked. I think it very wise to have it made known to your parents of the situation and if it happens again, perhaps you can consider calling a crisis hotline like AWARE for eg.
Sometimes time is the best healer. Children need their fathers and I understand they're not happy if their mothers are not happy, but a secure family unit would be the best environment for them to thrive.
That's my two cents.

Thanks for the bib info.
I would like to share.... I just tried this Silly Billyz bib today and I'm very impressed. It certainly lives up to its reputation. I've tried other bibs with the plastic backing but the plastic creases and cracks. This one doesn't at all. And it amazingly doesn't stain. I can rinse it under the tap and it's clean. The plastic front types, food slides down and onto his lap and cloth fronts stain even after the washign machine. I was skeptical at first cos it's more expensive but I'd certainly recommend it.
 
YB, envy your shou huo. Everytime when i buy clothes for the kids, my MIL will nag at me. but well, she still buys clothes for them herself. haha. ytd, i took out all the new clothes the 3 of them have, to stock take b4 i buy their new yr clothings. then i realise they have alot of new clothes.. mabbe from day 1 CNY to day 7, they can prob wear new clothes. And my MIL saw it, so i guess i prob can't buy liao, unless i tell her a white lie about the price. haha.
 
kin, thanks for your info.. think im going to bring my elder gal to see a pd, and see what they prescribe for her. My boy is better already. at least after 2 sleepless nights, i manage to sleep for about 6 hours ytd (still have to wake up to feed Germayn and comfort my boy to sleep when he cries, but those were only for a few minutes). hopefully they'll get better soon. quite worried actually. PD said that repeated bronchitis might possibly lead to asthma. and since i have a history of asthma, the possibility is even higher.

and ya, i realise tt even though germayn can sit up herself and pull herself to stand, she can't really creep or crawl. everytime she wants to reach for something in a distance, she'll try to creep towards it, but her attempt would fail cos once she lifts her butt, she'll accidentally sit down. haha. then her way of moving forward would be to sit, pounce, sit, pounce...

Z-lia, last time my cousins had very bad bronchitis and asthma too, they went to see this Dr Ngiam from Singapore Baby Clinic. I heard from my aunt that this PD specialize in such areas.

Vivo dun have the skirts tat u bought. The whole place is so messy. It's like a war field. Spent almost an hour in the shop searching for sizes...
