cos her gynae said can go home and wait...she also dun want to stay in hosp..she just has show only...CTG shows got contractions but she cant feel loh..so now waiting st home for the real thingy

me also going to collect eclairs tomolo from my opp blk...but not from the one u order swiss rolls...another brand...hehehe
 
pm..ok ok...the organiser said nicer than the Amosco one..but not sure..cos i hvaent try that be4 mah...geberra said the blackforest swiss rolls...ok lah..her hb dun really like...so now waiting for u to try strawberry....hehehehe
 
aiya..when u hv bb in ur arms..all the mother instinct will come out and u will sure know one...ur mum sure will know..if not how u become so big and becomes a mum too...rite???
 
dunno leh.. dsiitan my mom was telling me she alaso dunno can make it or not.. so many years ago liao..

the thing is i dun even dare to touch newborn leh.. i really hope my mother instinct will come lor.. i am that type scare of bb;s vomit and shit type.. when they puke, i'll puke too...
 
i last tiem oso scare bb's puke..shit and so on..but when i hv my own boy...everything oso not scare liao..only one thing...to clean the cord...aiyo till now i think liao i oso wrried if i can clean or not

i read from somewhere..newborn not dirth one..so u can dun bathe him everyday..but can just clean him with wet towel loh...but hor...the buttocks and genitals part must clean everytime u change diapers for him....
 
i oso scrae mah...some bb took 1-2 weeks to hv the cord dry up and drop off, so now my #2 i oso worried abt that
 
aiyo...2nd time oso scared..cos 1st time not i clean one mah..hahahhaa....cham lah...

I'm back home now. Bb is still in hospital due to her jaundice treatment. going to see if doc can give green light to bring her home today.
MY BIRTH STORY :

5.00am : Woke up, watch last bit of world cup, drank 2 bottles of chicken essence for breakfast. Sent my daughter to my mum's home.

6.30am : checked into delivery room. Proceed with enema, signing of papers etc.

7.ooam : Epidural doc came... proceed to epidural. Which by the way, was my second choice doc(my epidural doc was on leave) who poked into my spine once, failed took out and redo second time. SOOOOOO painful I nearly fainted. Not so skillful as compared to my no. one doc who was so good that the application was PAINLESS. Put me on drip.

7.20am : My gynae came and did VE for me. HA HA! He said V good. I was already in labour, dilated 2 cm.Broke waterbag. Proceed with oxytoxin(inducing drug).Said, see you at lunch time!

8.30am : Doc came to increase dose of epidural. Contractions came at 2-4 min. I could feel the contraction pain. It was bearable so I told doc it is ok. no need increase.

10am : could feel my cervix opening up at each contraction. Due to epidural, the cervix pain was bearable. But the tummy start to feel extremely pain and i got to breathe thro each contraction. Couldn't sleep as I expected. Was discussing with epidural doc abt want to add dosage or not. decide to tilt body for epidural drug to move uniformly thro my body.Legs are heavy and numb but can still wiggle and feel.

10.30am : contractions came v v quickly and the cervix feels like its opening each time.Had to pant thro the contraction and SUDDENLY, I feel something moving down. I panicked and called my husband. Something is happening.Called for nurse and said, I think bb is coming down now.

She did a VE and said, I was fully dilated and said am ready. Then I said, what you want me to do(previously, I was numb totally) Called Doc and asked me to Wait.in my heart, how to wait, so much pressure below, I want to push liow! Then I remember what I learnt so I breathe thro each contraction and tried not to push. Nurse said as long as I don't push, the bb will not come out on its own. So I wait and breathe

When gynae came, get ready,I shifted down and push one time, bb head came out, second contraction, the whole body just slide out.ha ha.Had a small episotomy this time.

This time, no complications, forceps or vacuum. So happy. The day before, the head was not engaged yet and rather high and was facing the wrong direction. I didn't expected within those sleeping hrs the bb engaged, turned correctly and i went into labour. Aiyah, if not, then no need to induce and save cost...
Sad thing now, is bb still in hospital,I'm so sad, hope she can come out today. will post pic soon.

btw, u all noted down the time ah?? how come all so clear of what u all do and how u feel at that point of time?? me blurz leh..if for me..i just post what happened but not the time loh..hehehe

i just came back from checkup. I got a unbelievable report from gynae.

during the scan, gynae cant find my boy head, then he scanned again and it was up. Meaning my boy turn up again at this stage where it is quite impossible to turn anymore. I was so upset! Gynae said is 1% chance for the baby to turn again and i am suan kena it. Dun know wat the bb is doing why he turn up.

I am going to see my gynae on tuesday again if this naughty boy still not turning down i will have to go c-section. Haizzz very sian and upset!

u mean ur bb's actually engaged all along?? omg..
so if bb's head still up then u will hv to go thru elect c sect then...i understand how u feel...cos when that time my doc said my bb if too big and carry full term..i may hv to go under the knife..my heart dropped..haiz...very sad loh..so i told him i wanna induce if possible...next thurs going for checkup..see when can induce...

Dsii,

Baby never engaged but was used to head down. Dun know when he turn and now in breech position. Gynae said very amazing cos at such a late stage, baby shld stay in one position cos tummy shldnt have much space for him to turn anymore. However my boy still can turn and become breech again. Arghhh....

That mean he is small cos my tummy really not big.

I wasnt dilated yet. Gynae said is a gd new cos my boy in breech now. So got to see how my boy perform on tuesday if still breech have to go for c-section.

Congrats Kin... Hehe. dont worry abt jaundice, think its pretty common...but i do agree with u abt the missing yr baby part...... I'm sure i will also miss BB if i cant see him.. Soon he be ok already...dunch worry k?

Yah hor.. how come can remember all those details huh? I think i will panick til siao if i in labour...

Hong, u too.. not to worry, meanwhile til tues, u can still talk to BB and ask him to turn for u ...
