(2006/07) JULY 2006 MTB

Last time my home here downstairs got a HK cafe oso, opened by a hongkie herself...

But she say she cannot take the pressure den close down liao... I miss her food...
 


the HK cafe at east coast call SI NEI ZHA CHANG TING...

TONG SHUI...yes..opp great world city..went once..but didnt go in and makan..cos the reno loks so grand..me and hb worried too ex loh...then hor...after that tv got intro,...aiya..the price ok one..hahaha..worried too much liao..next time will go and try..
 
Michelle, wont be lah.. at most he just ordered another dish to go with the porridge loh.. haha....

Dsiitan, we also tot it will be ex.. but ok leh.. we went to zion rd for proper food then after that drop by the tong shui for dessert.. have to wait for veryvery long arh! Maybe weekend that day bah. But hor! Their thick toast is deeeelicious man!

My hubby oso put on weight throughout my pregnancy, he put on not as much as me lar, but about 7kg liao lor, den his tummy gettin rounder, dunno I pregnant or he pregnant, hahaha...
 
misaryeo, yah if go east coast HK cafe, can park along telok kurau rd (forgot the street name but i think is this one). it's parallel parking, need to put coupon.. besides the hong kong cafe got 1 stall sells prawn mee, think is called "ren ren da xia mian"... very nice also... yum yum... then they also sells wu xiang... yum yum also...

dsii, can also park at the mobil petrol stn (got ntuc one) but need to walk very far loh, somemore no need to put coupon.... actually mobil wont allow you to park there too long loh...

yup, kovan also got 1 hong cafe open 24hrs... but i havent been there yet... must huan dao zui zui zui liao... kekeke...
 
Jul04, i heard cannot, but i still eat.. I also heard cannot eat crab.. but i also eat.

The only food i avoid is mutton, bananas, stingray and pineapple (during 1st trimemster)

my hubby also put on weight....we always tell pple that when i was 3 mths he also 3 mths...haha. he always scold me say it's my fault...=(

Can lar... My grandma n auntie say, crave for anything must go and eat, if not next time baby will b difficult... kekeke... jus a sayin lar...

Geberra, I've been to the kovan one before... So so only the food. So far, Ive tried the
curry (not bad),
pasta (not worth trying),
thick toast (Tong shui is definitely better), fried bee hoon (not bad, but I think can home cooked),
porridge (ok still edible, so so only)
 
hahaa.. my hubby also put on weight.. but he so skinny, i very jealous.. so good that he put on.. so i dun look so fat when stand beside him :p

keke... I told hubby when I first noe him, wah body so nice got 6 pac... Now he tell ppl married liao, all must united as 1... so 6 bcum 1 big pac... But now 2nd baby, he put on so much weight sia!

I oso same, avoid mutton n pineapple onli...

Banana n stingray i still eat...
 
PM, so tempting....hb and I may be going to geylang to eat beef hor fun tonight...thot can eat the porridge too....but he sure wont allow one...sigh...think i will become fatter after delivery....got so much food that i want to eat!

what i heard is if you crave for any food, must go eat else bb will always drool saliva next time... then remedy is to go to gu gu's house and use her table cloth to wipe bb's mouth... duno how true loh... but for those food that preggie is not supposed to eat, i still wont eat loh... scare will jeopardize my bb's health mah...
 
Michelle, what i heard is that BB will keept drooling if u dont satisfy yr cravings for particular food.

MY, not too sure, but they say stringray is very "du" so i didnt eat loh.... Crabs i heard is that BB will "have alot of hands", ie.. very "jian" in hokkien.. but i still eatloh.. cannot resist the chilli crab! Hahaha...

my 1st baby dat time, wah, wat i want to eat... everyone of my relative volunteer bring me go eat...

Now 2nd 1 hor, not so gd luck lor...
 
MY, hb don't let me eat stingray coz worried about mercury levels. suppose to be higher in big fishes.

i avoided pineapple initially coz i thot cannot eat...but hor my mil say can eat a bit. and she chinese doc. so now i eat a bit. she say everything in moderation ok.

so the one at Kovan is not as good as the one at upper east coast rd loh... hmmm...

i just finished my lunch... had curry chicken with rice... now my tummy wanna explore liao... help help.....
 
Michelle, yah the kovan mall one... I have tried the po lo bun yet.. but i dont think i will ever visit there again lah.. rather eat at the hawker centre nxt to kovan..

ya lor. last time before we got married, hb goes gym twice a week. after get married only went like 10 times in 2 years!!! and his weight keeps going up....but me also have been putting on weight ever since i knew him coz he likes to feed me!
 
dsii, my appt quite late, 4pm.... so i took time off.... then my AL can "sen sen yong" loh... leaving at 3pm cos need to collect SWISS ROLLS..... kekeke....

PM, i also duno leh... gu gu as in hubby's sister... if no gu gu, i also duno how... duno ah yi can or not... but hor, when go gu gu's hse use her table cloth tihnk must be secretive leh, i think so.... so funny loh... hahaha...
 
I also eat pineapple.. think only 1st trimester cannot eat.. my gynae also say.. after 1st trimester.. everything in moderation is ok one...

PM no gugu, then bo pian.. got to let bb drool lor..ahaha

ya ya! keep telling my baby tom will be 37 weeks liao. can come out liao....so i can eat...hahaha....

my hb more health conscious than me. then he know i no control one when it comes to food. so he watch me more closely.
 
My hb very heow one.. he still thinks he's fat and will TRY very hard to do exercise at night.. n i very bad.. will just mock at him at one corne.. Hahaha...

No gugu, no ah yi.. BB got to drool and drool lioa.. hahaha
