wow... today got lotsa mummies reporting here early... is it becos most are going for gynae appt later?

dsii, i also heard tightening is some sort of BH or contraction too.... later can tell your gynae and see what he say...
 


ya loh...aiyo...how many weeks u all do the CTG har?? to see if there's any contraction??? 36 weeks can do???

i was just telling Jp hope my doc will say UR BB HEAD"S ENGAGED LIAO>>U R 2-3 CM DILATED..U HV CONTRACTIONS..NOW CAN GO HOME AND SEE U IN TMC AT 10PM TONITE...hahahaha

Did your gynae say why need to induce? Me due today, but yesterday appointment gynae say can wait still because water level still good. My baby is engaged for at least 3 weeks and yesterday checked 2cm dilated.
He say can induce if want but I am still considering.

do your legs swell until u got difficulty walking. Must walk slowly...

CTG is done when you never gain any weight or when you lost weight or when baby's movement not much... if above did not happen, it's not required to do CTG... CTG can measure contractions and bb's heartbeat... however, we will sure do CTG during labour loh...

aiyo... think my bb havin disco in my tummy now... hahaha...

but i dun think so leh.... no contractions. CTG initially show regular, but I cannot feel a thing. Afterthat, no contractions at all, become straight line. hmm....
 
Sandy, I realise my feets do swell but not jai lat type leh.. some mommies can swell till the ankle.. and like very pain.. mine i can see abit bloated.. that's all.. maybe i not yet due that's why...

i just inner thighs and pelvic area pain..

aiyo..like that i wont be doing CTG liao..cos my weight keep increasing...still got bb's movement..and not losuing weight at all (hope to lose a bit)..hehehe
 
Sandy only my feet swell.. but overall my leg became bigger.. coz fat built up i think..but i still walk like normal except when BB show his kungfu kick around my V area.. then i feel as if he's coming down.. i will walk like ah mah..
 
DC - Not really lah. Me only 3 more days to go mah. So, by next appt (Tue) if bb not out yet, he said we got to do something lor. So, we wait and see for now. Me will just listen to him and follow accordingly lah.

then good wat.. no need to do CTG means no need to pay to use the device and most importantly, everything is working fine for your preg... both mummy and bb is progressing well...

I think towards the end will do CTG right? First thing go clinic after measure weight, urine test, go strap on.

I am due today lor, so waiting and waiting for symptoms.

He looked at the symptoms say chances of successful induction should be quite high so he say ok. Before vaginal check, he say induction may not work. I don't want to induce then end up still need to go under the knife.
 
dsii, must be very careful cos the floor slippery. never ever run or walk too fast... take your own sweet time to travel to your gynae's clinic...

same goes to the rest of mummies who are seeing their gynae today too...
 
Geberra, hehehe. Yah loh.... luckily my MIL just back n didnt chase him away.. and even more lucky, he didnt just walk away.. hehe
"candle light" dinner was at the HG market.. hehehe I ate bak chor mee while he had curry rice... we had some "smoky" effect too.. from those cooking stalls.. coz we sat near the fried carrot cake! Heehhee... lomantica hor?

the nurse told me if dun have those symptons, dun have to do CTG one... not sure leh... maybe diff clinic diff ways of doing loh...

durin my visit, they always measure my blood pressure, weight and take urine test... then do ultrasound scan when seeing gynae....
 
Maybe if u wan u can request for it? But just be prepared to pay mah. Gynae ask me to do, but my contraction chart is one straight line.... Haha.

I hope it wont rain when its time for me to go for chkup...

Mine swell badly, now can only walk very slow. Lucky i start my leave on Tueday to rest... I think my body not supply enough blood. I tend to be tired easily iregardless how much sleep i have had.Decimal pt,
so good u got sign of delivery liao... i still wating. Hope BB out on 11 July the first day i take leave or on the 10th July evening after work haha...

ya, i did CTG durin my last visit....blame my smelly mouth loh... i kpo and asked the nurse when need to do CTG then she explained to me saying not all preggies need to do one... only got those symptons then have to do loh... immed after finished taking my weight, she said.. "aiyo, you need to do CTG ar... cos your weight dropped..." me smelly mouth, right... just finished asking then i got it liao... Sigh...
