JP, i got apply lor after my hubby nag me sometimes when i lazy.. heehee.. he will say buy liao also dun apply.. waste the money.. haaha. haiz.. now apply also like cant help much liao.. but just dun wanna waste $$.. so continue to apply..
 


dsii, forget how much is the cot liao... but we only paid deposit of $50... if not wrong, the cot cost $280... the shop is located opp Peoples' Park OG shopping centre...

JP, oh, i didnt know we need to bring all the reports when we check-in... now then i know. thks for the infor!
 
PM, i also using clarins oil.. but mayb becos i not very 'hardworkin' type.. so now got stretchmarks.. n dunno if its my imagination anot. some x after i continously apply for few days, the marks are not so red liao.. mayb i just trying to console myself.. hahaha..
 
JP, i intend to go to polyclinic too for jabs and follow ups.. think there's a big diff in pricing. I did ask arrd regarding effects, some mummies told me that bb wont get fever if u go to PD so its worth the $, but somemummies think otherwise.. so end of the day, we decide ourselves..

I will go back to PD. Polyclinic too crowded and hubby dun mind spending the $$ on PD so ok. Anyway the PD i go not very ex so still ok.
 
Hong - Serious? My cousin's PD charges ex. Consultation already $60. *fainted*. Another cousin goes to polyclinic. Queue not long coz they are separate from the normal crowd.
 
Polyclinic always wait very long leh.. My PD is at MT A, since I private clinic then private all the way.

Sandy - one cousin goes to private and another goes to the polyclinic. The one that goes to polyclinic mentioned that the queue is not long coz they have function seperately. So, she only wait for like 1 - 1 1/2 hours just like the private ones lor

Thanks for your advice about the cervix/vagina pain.

For mummies who stay near Hougang or Sengkang, there is a maternity shop in Hougang mall. They sell pretty nice nursing bra. Those that look like T-shrit bra and some are lacy type. I think quite ex but nicer than the thin-cloth type...Heee...I bought the disposable panty and the material is also very gd..but ex..$7 for five i think. Can check it out.
 
PM, i bought my clarins oil at $58 from beauty language.. but till now still left a lot.. not even 1/4 yet.. shows that i'm so lazy.. heehe..
so hopefully it will help to reduce the red stretchmarks..

how come you bought the bb cot so cheap... mine so expensive. some more is from the same shop... yours is which mummy organise the BP? mine is matsu.... she only gather more mummies to join in the BP, then we gotta go to the shop ourselves to make the deposit...

i'm also looking for shifu to help me in bb's chinese name... you got any recommendations? heard of you long zhi before? think he's quite famous.. many mummies approach him... they said he will give you 2 rows of chinese characters based on bb's "ba zhi" then you choose from there... wonder how is his package like.... any idea?

i remembered Fruitee said her uncle is in this line and can ask her for the contact number if we want...

i also wanted to get the bumpermat but the range i am looking are all pretty ex. They have diff range and diff thickness. I find the material no bad, may be i can start saving for it, get it before my baby boy can crawl.

there is one PD at Pasir Ris Elis Mall. Not very ex, sometime consultation + medicine only cost me $45. Sometime only $20 if i am taking one medicine.

Jab will be slightly more ex than the polyclinic but i dun have to wait that long. If weekend will be like 1 hr but weekday is only 15 - 30 mins.

I have bad waiting experience in polyclinic. I gave up on them. hahhaa..
 
Geb - Mine is called the Denmark - the 6-in-one bb cot. Me just go there and order only. Me may go to the one at Highland Centre - Master Huang. Lunch - me going to have fajita or baguette pizza lah.

Hong - Yup, I guess so. Just wondering... Pasir Ris is pretty far from my home. OIC, no wonder you are not into polyclinic.

Pedi you mean Paediatrician? Mine will be YY Yip from Gleneagles. But will probably switch to someone else after a while cos GlenE is pretty far. A few times I passed by the clinic, it was super packed.

I heard that Northern Hope at Punggol Plaza is good. Any comments?
 
Geb, i tink $80 is the price u pay if u buy in those departmental store from their clarins counter.. beautylanguage got a few outlets... one of them is at tiong bahru plaza.. near to burger king.. n another one is at harbour front centre..

Clarins oil... can try to get from one of the stores @ Chinatown. they sell it cheap, slightly cheaper than the changi airport DFS leh. i'm also the lazy type, dun apply it religiously

hong, the master tan is the one appear on tv this yr during the CNY.. talking abt the horoscopes for 12 animals..he is quite famous..
he will give a list of names to the parents for them to choose.. so the procedure i know is something like when ur bb is born.. write down his birth timing n date.. , parents' english n chinese name and DOB.. plus the names that u dun wan n wan to avoid clash with relatives.. then 2 weeks later they will ask u go down collect the list of names he chose for u.. so from the list (i tink there r 5 or dunno how many to choose from) u choose bb name but dun need to tell him which one u chose lah.. then c when u n hubby free to go down to his office.. he will talk to u abt the life of bb.. like what to avoid in his life..he will also give u a scroll or something stating abt his whole life.. my hubby's auntie went to him ard 13 yrs ago.. she find that certain things that master tan said r quite true.. so we decided to go there..
