wow pengz...Can't stand my hb...He called up during lunch time n while chatting...He asked me why I can't sleep last nite...I say because of heartburn and the moment I lie down onto bed bb kept kicking me lor...

Guess what my hb say??? Aiyah...Bb too excited tmr coming out so he want to play in my tummy lor...Let him be!!!

yesterday my tummy pain from 1400 to 1830 like want to PS type of pain and some time contraction.
I was still in office doing my work, i REN until i reach my HB shop.
I so worried that i going on labour, kept telling BB not to come out as i still got work to complete.
Lucky the pain stop after drinking hot milo. lol

My mother say, if u kept having contraction feeling then u are due soon 1 week later.
 
hi dsiitan, tts not my reading, tts the range ive to follow in order to pass.

most of the time i pass. sometimes i failed too. esp after dinner reading. coz i dun drink as much (afraid of toilet trip at night) and usually not much exercise/movement after dinner coz tired, just want to sit and watch tv.

so my gynae says ive to inject insulin liao. sigh... i just failed a few after dinner reading.
 
YT, he's still working arh? when will his leave start? Yah i think daddies sure more gan chong that mummies coz they like so blur to babies, at least we get in know them 9 mths before....

I think my hb will be super clumsy kind.. hahaha Already thought of a plan lioa...make him wash all the BB poo and change diapers for him while i just feed and play w him. Haha
 
hmm.... when i take white rice, i take v little. less than half a bowl.

so from this wk onwards, i did not take rice anymore. i take bee hoon. do u think it'll be better? even bee hoon, it's oso small amt.
 
edksd, mine also 3.3 - 5.5 before food, 5.5 - 7 for 2 hrs after food ...
i tink as long as u eat within the medium bowl size for the rice then shld b ok..

edksd, yah...brown rice also help...Normally i eat very very little rice n eat more meat/veg...Also try to move after meals it help also...I know its very xing ku but endure ok...Very fast one...carbo really a killer manz esp u dun move after meals...once i mouth itchy kept eating potato wedge...2 hrs later...gosh 8.3...

hi fen fen, yes i know. bee hoon i oso eat less than half a bowl only. eat more vege coz im a vege lover. and oso still having tt 100g of protein.
