what happen to your MIL? why is she is NUH?

i also never give my house keys to my MIL. had a serious talk with hubby on that before. but now the problem is my MIL kept coming down, pressing at our door bell. You know, sometimes she can come at very inconvenient times and i'm used to wearing comfortable wear at home so it's really very inconvenient when she suddenly appear right in front of our house loh. Last time worst ar, she can come down for at least 1-2 times a day making me so fed-up until i felt like knocking my head agst the wall.... but hor, me also bad loh cos everytime when she comes down, i wont open the gate and let her in, we just talked with the gates in between us loh. Sigh... duno why all these MILs so "bu zhi dong" one...

my gynae did say mine will probably be 1 week early so i definitely will be shock if my bb pops out now!

aiyo..that time no choice mah..missed him like crazy..so can only smell his ba-wu loh...what to do..but after a while..maybe mths lah..things got better...but sunday parting still hard especially he looked ard for u...but weekdays ok..
 
geberralast sunday she got fever...due to infection on her toe...she got diabetes...then hor..so stubborn...told her we called ambulance and sent her to NUH..so doc can see and help her..she dun wan...my SIL tok to her for abt an hr till my hb pekchek...he just called 995 and asked maid to change her and wait for the ppl to come and fetch her...then she LL loh...go and changed...lucky my hb insisted..cos doc said her toe very bad condition

wondering how my bb's growth... gg to see gynae this wkend... can shop again...

ya loh..she is a frequent patient..all along records with NUH..last nite went to visit her..doc said she can be discharged this sat...but must go to polyclinic to have her toe clean every 3 times per week...haiz...then i told the maid...see lah...doc oso know u never clean the wound properly...always sanyhow clean...now u getting urself more work by bringing ah ma to polyclinic..hehe..she just kept quiet..aiyo..dunno how to say this maid..getting worse...she hor dun like my MIL go hosp one..cos if admitted...she will hv to stay there overnite too...thats y last sunday when we told her we sending my MIL to hosp..she like lots of excuses..

do u feel extreme tired in your last few weeks. i feel so tired & clumpsy. My HB wants to take leave early to rest home just in case if i suddenly "POP" someone is there.
On the other hand, my sup also ask me to take early so that there is no last min thing. haiz..
This Sat seeing gynea mean seeing baby so excited !!

partly i think oso genes..my hb's side...all bb above 3.5kg at birth...one hor..at birth 4.2kg...hehehe..so now all my hb's nieces and nephews...haiz....big, tall...at the age of 15yrs

yah u mention before.. sorry i have lousy memory.
Do u feel pressure when pple ask u why not bringing back etc. I feel like being press last time. They make me feel like a irresponsible parents, throwing the child to grandparents so we can enjoy couplehood life.

I was battling for very long but eventually decided to take the comment lightly. Cos is my choice and till now it didnt prove anything wrong with this arrangement. My child still close to us, she is a great companion to my ILs, she grows very well, well feed and pretty well disicipline.

gotta be careful with diabetes patient esp your MIL got diabetes and her toe already got infection. last time my grandpa also same case as your MIL. his toes turned black and is like rotting liao. Luckily the maid quite good and really take good care of my grandpa. She cleaned his wound very well and also carry my grandpa to bath or carry him to the chair. but still because of diabetes reason, his toes continued to rot loh... Doc said no choice gotta ampulate else will become worst and will affect and cause his upper limb to rot too... My grandpa so poor thing, see liao heart ache... wanna cry. cos he was quite old le, 84 years old then...

my mil staying upstairs only... anytime of the day come down to our house also no problem arhh... actually i dun mind her coming down to our house but not that frequent lah. cos hubby and myself also need some times for oursleves mah... esp after a long week of work, we need the weekends to rest and spend time together. then MIL always like to "ding dong" our door bell during weekend... sian arghh... somemore sometimes when we took leave on weekday, she sure know one loh. guess every morning she will like go down to the void deck and see if our car is still around. If around, then she will "ding dong" our door bell again and asked why hubby never go to work. So fan loh!

Sometimes i kept telling myself MIL is hubby's mother so must ren and be nice to her but she's always so "bu zhi dong" until i very pekchek and wanna vent my anger out...

hmm...nobody relly ask leh..cos they know my reason loh...how to bring back ..not as if i stay just opp block..hmm..and hor..my hb actually works in TUAS..but he has to wake up and leave the hse latest by 545am..so cannot ask him to carry my boy to SIL's hse that early mah..hahaha...so no choice loh...but after 1 yr..i decided to quit my job and stays home to look after myself..cos my SIL wanna go out and find work...

I wake up every 2-3 hour at night just to go toilet.
funny thing is , in the day i don't have this toilet visit problem.

have u packed your bag for hospital ? I got everything except those bathing things. Shampoo etc. i even print my boy name both Chinese and Christain name for my HB so that he can process with birth registeration easily.

she had her few toes chopped off liao last time...doc said wanna chop this time..but hor..she insisted dunw ant to...but she oso old liao loh...80yrs old..skali after op..more infection how?? oso worried loh..like my FIL..passed away few yrs back...cos of operation..then kena infection...died...that time he 80 plus too...so old ppl after op..very risky...

ur MIL funny loh..can call and ask mah..y 'ding dong'??? sometimes think think staying nearby got pros and cons lah..hehehe...u cant have all the pros and no cons...like that cant balance mah

Night time think I too tired liao.. won't wake up one. I only wake up once cause I will knock out in the living room.. hahahha

chinese name can print...english name no need cos computer can print mah..hehehe...u reminded me..i asked my hb to print the chinese name..till now..never see him do that..haiz...

i always wanna pop early but hor..havent pack my hosp bag yet...hahaha....u hor..no time to shower one lah...go home then shower loh...me oso visit toilets often....pengz...if too many times then i will eyes big big..look at ceiling liao...hahaha

I think your MIL is either over concern for u or she simply got nothing to do at home.
Maybe you can tell her, to stay at your house once she there and not coming in &amp; out.. very fastrating as u might be taking nap then ppl come.
On the other hand,
I really envy that at least your MIL come visit you. Mine have = don't have.... Not a word of concern , only just want to know the gender of my baby inside.
I really learning to accept her but seem hard.. I already build a wall , a thick wall to my PIL and his slibling.

at wk24+ my bb is 747g, gynae says she's only expecting 600g.

my next appt, i'll be in wk28+. so afraid bb will be growing bigger and bigger out of the range.

we dunno those whose MIL very mobile one can cause wat prob...maybe becos we 2 dun hv MIL to ka cheow..so we tot have better...hmm...i hope mine will not..cos every sunday go and see her...already nag and nag...so better dun ...hehehe..so far no MIL problem loh...

my hubby also asked MIL why she dun wanna call and ask instead of kept coming down to "ding dong" but she just kept quiet loh. i think it has somehow become her habit liao loh... but things had slightly improved (slightly only hor) as it was only recently that she learnt to make use of the phone to call us.

your MIL so poor thing also. hmm... but gotta think twice and make careful decision whether to let your MIL go thru the ops again... old folks are more "fragile" and cant afford to go for ops when they grow older loh.

your toilet problem not so serious. go toilet every 2-3 hours quite ok liao... mine sometimes after peeing, go back to my workdesk, will feel like peeing again... then ren for awhile need to go toilet again...

mummies, dont forget to do kegel exercise hor... must practice and strengthen our muscles "down there"...
