I'm at 35 wks now, EDD is 26 July. Any mtbs here same as me? If so, hv u packed yr bag already? Me still not ready yet....worried too..

My case is is different.. the more u give in the more they take advantage of u. Anyway, i never acknowleage my PIL at all . I still cannot learn to forget & forgive what they did that bring so much inconvience ( i am at first trimester of pregnancy then) . Really regret planning for customary after ROM but it let me see their true color.

Our EDD same and u going to pop liao! Me start to gan cheong liao! But i dont wish baby pop this month leh. Hope he can wait till July.

haiz...always this PIL's problems..cannot be avoided one lah..as for me..not much of this prob..cos not staying with them..and my FIL passed aways 4 yrs back...left MIL now...she got difficulty in walking so cant visit us tho..hehe..every sunday we'll go over to her place loh..but of she she will nag and nag...but at times just ignore loh...

aiyo..these 2 days my tummy like very tight leh..dunno y leh...like going to burst...so uncomfy...
 
Angeline.. i think u shld just listen to ur gynae, they are professional, and knows wat's best for u and ur bb.

Sugar, i'm in my 35 wk this week, I also haven;t pack my bag.. haven;t wash bb clothes, nursery not done! and worse i am at home everyday!!! really lazy!!

my gynae asked me not to take the hospital package which is 3D/2N.

he said I may be able to discharge after the next day of c-section.

I heard Similac & Enfalac is the more popular choice. Dunno wat Mt E will feed my baby with though...mayb can see if baby is used to the hospital FM 1st, then I buy. Do u think it'll b too late? I scared my bb is lactose-intolerant cos both my nephew & niece have to drink soymilk instead.

Toilet Visit:
If we go toilet when hubby is around leh...is it fine?

Is there diff ingredients in the FM? Sounds very confusing.

Arghhhh... dun keep saying ur baby is lactose intolerant lah. Dun presume cos really no joke if baby turn out this way. Soya or oak milk is alternative but cow milk is the 2nd best beside breastmilk. U dun anyhow presume bb is lactose intolerant if ur bb dun drink milk hor. Let the PD judge ok. Not many bb will turn lactose - intolerant that early.

Baby poo and puke milk so pretty common.

Infact, milk with HA are meant to lower the chance for bb to become lactose intolerant.
U can asked MT E what milk powder they have. During my daughter time, the hospital will have what is sponsor to them but now they have many brands for mummy to chose.

Toilet visit:
Must ask someone to accoy u. Dun go in alone.

FM: Yes diff brand have some diff in ingredients but they dun defer too much. Like Similac milk powder dun contain Palm oil but Mamail gold 1 have it. Friso1 have certain mineral which is lower than Similac, NAH and Enfalac.

For those mummies who wanna give breastmilk to ur baby. U can continue to take the Neurogain fish oil, breastfeeding milk powder and leftover prenatal vitamin if u feed ur baby with BM. Not really to promote milk flow but keep ur BM in most nutritious condition.

I was told by my sis tat u can actually tell the nurse wat FM u wan to give to yr baby leh..and tat it also depends on the promotion FM for the particular month in the hospital too.

Incase the mummy fainted in the toilet.
Cos u will be laying on the bed all the time after delivery. When u stand and walk there may be sudden drop of blood pressure etc.

I guess some will feel weak as well.
 
Hi Sugar, yes.. he moves alot too! hahaa.. usually i wake up at abt 11 to 12 plus.. then do hsework and sometimes cook dinner and then laze and watch tv .. dunno why time pass veyr fast leh... yah i think must pack already.. cannot slack liao...

I am also a July mummy...been following the thread lately...it has been interesting and helpful.

Just want to know if mummies experienced any discomfort when baby moves alot? I have been feeling rather breathless and also has heartburn which makes it difficult for me to Zzzzz....

I hope so lor...cos both my nephew & niece allergic to cow's milk leh, then got rashes all over their body & face. I hope my genes will be better..hee..hee...think I'll get Similac FM, cos slight cheaper than Enfalac. Somemore Similac has 400g trial size tin.

Hi blessings, welcome to the thread.. i do feel abit of discomfort when bb kick hard, sometimes at my ribs.. or pelvic area.. think its quite normal.. breathlessness and heartburn also common traits of pregnancy.. u can check wif ur gynae for assuarance.. think if heartburn, some website suggest dun eat too acidic food or dun eat too much close to bedtime.. hope these helps

Yup, I have been trying to take note of what I eat cos I actually have reflux problem before pregnancy so I guess will be more prone to it during pregnancy!

Dun know if I am paranoid...but I always feel that the baby is "dropping" especially when he wriggles very hard or "drilling" me. Me being paranoid because I have early contractions so now on medication to curb the contractions. Me now in my 34 weeks. Have been praying that baby will only comes out from 38 weeks onwards....

I also feel my tummy so tight, especially after food.. wah... think my boy really not much room to move liao.. can feel him drilling my pelvic area.
 
hello ladies, how do u all sit when in the office? if i adjust my chair too low, my office desk will 'obstruct' my tummy. sometimes bb will protest. haha. but if i adjust my chair too high, i'll hunch... and it gets tiring after a while.

do u all have a cushion between ur table n ur tummy?
 
Hello, Sorry YB, haven been following the treads, or i think i joined to late, didnt know abt yr case.

Mummies, I am very stressed lately, coz i think my biological clock is upside down. Now i cant sleep at night due to the heartburn...so end up i will sleep at 4 or 5 am in the morning til like 1 or 2pm the next day... even then so, I still feel very very tired.... I afraid that my bb will have irregular sleeping hours when he's 0ut.

Oh yah... i think everyone will have in laws problem. I stay with them so... cannot avoid one.. but the thing is that i cannot tell my hubby coz he's very protective over his parents....

aiyo..like that very cham leh...but hor not living with them oso got prob...like me..my MIL will nag whenever we go over on weekends...then my boy quite active loh..then she will restrict him..like cant play this and that..cant run here and there...she expect him to sit and stay that way for the whole day...at tiems i will just hint my hubby or straight tell him into his face...he will always say she old liao mah...cant walk somemore..so hor..can only exercise her mouth loh..just tahan abitaiyo..me hear liao..oso sianz..but at least i voice out...after that ok liao loh
 
Hahaha, u once a week only leh! Sometimes I hear her say the same old thing for the whole one week or so! So more I SAHM, have to face her whole day! practically eat, shit and sleep the same time..I feel more "close" to her than y hubby!

Pek Chek u know.. i ever told my hubby before and was like so called scolded by him for not respecting his mother, coz actually his mum v good towards me la.. she dotn coook one, so she will make sure i have all my meals..

My hubby told me he still rbr carrying my girl in her arm from 2am to 4am. He told me that is terrible!

Gd thing is daughter really know how to "teh" her daddy.

Is it true that if Baby is still very active, it means she is still comfy and won't be out so soon? My grl slightly less active than before now...


I think I also asked earlier about Colustrum? How does it look like? I only have white creamy stuff coming out from nipples once in a while... I'm worried I cant BF...

aiyo..i oso cant sleep leh..dunno why leh..tossed and turned from 12am to 630am...wah piang can die...turned to left side tummyache...turned to right side tummy uncomfy....aiyo..hell manz...i also zombie manz..then hor..blur blur..saw my hubby rushing to work..then i still asked him y so early ...still rush meh?? he said wat early..late liao...645am liao...then me like har??? so fast 645am?? hahaha..he said i blurz...

Cham ley.. continue like that hor.. think alot of female zombies around Singapore liao.. ahha.. Hb buay tahan me toss & turn, woke up at 3am watch soccer.. then this morning hb saw my look, kanna scare loh.. haiz.. go to work also damn draggy... imagine I still have to tong 3 more weeks...
wah.. yr hb go to work around the same time as my hb.. my hb somemore say.. I also si bei tired.. today chop chop dinner come back sleep!

hehe...my hb dunno i toss n turn..thats the worst part..haha..cos he sleeps on the floor..my son sleeps on bed with me...hehee..but when he woke up to toilet ard 3am..he saw i open eyes big big stare at him...he got a shock...somemore my hse downstairs kopitiam..flooded with ppl watching soccer...and every goal scored will shout..aiyo...at times sleep till shiok kena woke up by the shouting and clapping...pengz..my hubby goes to work earlier..ard 5 plus 6 must leave home liao...so 645..very late liao..hahahaha
 
anybody knows what is white fish??? just now how i went ntuc cant find white fish..but can find white snapper fish..hehehe...issit the same thing???

ya loh.. guess we have to ren until the bb come out.. Hopefully can have good night rest but I doubt.. ahahha... by then the sleepless nite lagi jialat cos of the feeding time.

Today the thread seems rather quiet huh??
