WAHHHhhh.... CONGRATS Zita on V's milestone... actually i think she can walk one but then want to hold on to your hands... finally she has got the courage to walk on her own!!! So happy for you... now is the part whereby we have to run after them!!!

PM and those who have ordered from Mum's Kitchen, are the utensils, cups, cutlery they provide of decent quality? Are the cups the small plastic type or what? Wondering if I should get my own.

at least he stand at same spot..for ashley want her to stand and hold our hand, she will curl her legs and refuse to stand...prefer to crawl...aiyoh...lazy man...v scared she end up dnt walk becos of laziness...
till now she is so lazy to hold her own milk bottle to drink milk

My colleague told me by 18mth all will reach the same milestoneso not to worry about not walking!

I juz hope she walk earlier not to tired my mum outcause v dont wan crawl or carry, she only wan to hold hand & walk.n can walk round the hse for few hrs.i heartpain my mum lo..n she complaint whole body aching liao.

RP lunch so happening har, but too bad I cant join meeting cross over lunch btw how long is yr lunch hr? My side here super strict wanif later then 1hr will be scolded! So might be too stress for me to meet u all : (

my boy also not able to stand without support leh, I hold him and let him walk..but either he wil stand on the same place or lean forward his body, or will curl up his legs and want to sit down. I think they are scared of falling down, that's why dare not take the step. At least your babies can crawl, my boy don't crawl, don't stand, don't walk leh...don't know how. Only want us to carry him.

Actually, I told myself nevermind leh...will walk some day, but can't help feeling gan chong leh.

Ryan likes to be carried too, but I can't carry him too long. That time after the bb bash, my arms ache for 4 days. So really hope he can learn to walk sooner, and dun need to carry so much. My dad likes to carry him, recently Ryan will cry and scream if my dad go near him and dun carry him.

Not really. My Kay still can't walk & stand yet. She has to hold on to something for support. But she can talk quite alot already. I.e. 'I dun want', 'baby', 'no more' etc. But mostly she blabbers.

Kay also used to curl up her legs whenever I wanna train her to stand & walk. Then I resorted to tis method: hands hold under armpit, my feet step on her feet lightly & let her stand unsupported for a while.

She can't curl her legs or move her feet in this method, cos I'm stepping on her feet. Haa..haa...
 
Zita- Congratulations! Haha. I remember when E can walk.. he didnt want to hold hands. just walk on his own. First week - a few steps. Less than 5. Then crawl again. 2nd week - more than 5 steps will fall on his 7or 8th step then fall and keep trying. Now he can walk walk and walk all the way. Just brought him down to the playground to play with those jiejies and korkors.. he's so excited he keep flipping his hands..

Kay is also the same..too lazy to hold the milk btl. Not tat she dunno how to hold. She always hold the btl to bite the teats, not drink. When I force her to hold the milk btl while drinking milk, she'll push the btl & milk will drip everywhere. SO ANGRY wif her!

Then I put her in highchair & face the wall. Wah liao...she's not upset at all! Can even play wif her fingers & shake her legs. I even more mad.

Today just smack her bum bum until she cry.

D also flips his hands when he's excited and in the playground. Hee. When you're out does E pick things off the ground? D tries but I don't let him so now he stomps with one foot repeatedly on the objects he's interested in.

Julian doesnt hold his milk bottle but he holds his water bottle. Weird or not.

Zoe- yes he will.. he wont stomp foot but wheni carry him away. he will not allow me to and fuss! Now he will really throw tantrum when u dont give him what he wants. I haf difficulty discplining him..
 
Hong- E is also the same.. he can only hold water bottle at first.. now he can hold milk also, but i will do it for him coz halfway thru he wil play with the teat like Kaylyn.

Today I cradled E to make him sleep. IT's been a long time since he allow me to do so. Usually he lkes to be carried upwards.. Was looking at him when he was falling asleep.. then got emotional again........He looks like a little baby in my arms lo.. cant imagine.. so fast.. he 1 yr old lioa.. haiz.. during his cake cutting when singing the bday song i also want to cry like that..
 
Zoe just scroll up and saw yr msg abt Mums kitchen.. I cant remember leh.. but i dont think u need to get extras (maybe servettes) usu wil have left overs even..
