forget to reply u on the "Totoro".
The kids loves it. Hubby took some effort to look for the Chinese version. We only managed to find it at Chinatown recently.

Previously, is Jap version with Chinese subtitle. So my MIL will have to explain to Janelle. However, not all the story suitable for the kids. Some are just too hard to explain to the kids. Janelle is watching another story now.

For those who are free tonight, go by the marina bay to watch the fireworks celebrations! starts at 9pm so be there early to get good spots!

It was raining cats &amp; dogs when I left suntec just now... just pray that it wont be raining or wet later when u all go watch the fireworks! Have fun!!
 
hiya... back liao.. no rain but show not good too.. haha
waste $$. the fireworks were only for 15mins..
the kids loved the show!! jedd was covering his ears and as the show progresses, his hands slipped to his cheeks..
was comfy to sit n watch in close up.. but all the hassle jus for 15mins.. they hv games, stalls n rides for kids.. my boys enjoyed..

no need to go so early.. the fireworks started at 9.30pm.. ended in 15mins.. i went there at 8pm, they played the rides till 845pm
 
ep, fireworks very ex leh, 15 mins might cost more than 10k liao. i think weekday is later leh anyway i won't be there early cos b4 that char got class and i guess the traffic also heavy.

I was there watching the fireworks at an empty field opp the floating stage. Hmm...yesterday's fireworks not so fanstatic lor..but better than NDP's lah. Somemore it's foc. Haha.
 
YB, I was there on the same spot watching the NDP fireworks...

today's weather was bad, watching fireworks with rain dropping on our face. but it's nicer than the ndp fireworks and nice view.
 
WOW fireworks! We are ard that area but didnt go and watch.

we went airport last night and got a totoro cushion, a keypouch and a keychain. Siao totoro now.
 
i also watched the 2 nites fireworks! :p

Friday was at my fren's place.. small small view.
Sat was just at the open area beside the floating area. good view..

i just went to register ian for his n1 class for 2009..hehehe..he ran here n there...then all the k1 n k2 kids so scared of him...cos he took their pencils...their pencil case..and worksheet...and he took markers n drew on the whiteboard...haiyo..simply create 'havoc' there...think the teachers oso sweat manz

Hey, I chked wif Kay's older classmates' parents in her playgroup. All of them will be attending the PAP nursery next yr at 3yrs+ leh. They dun count by acaedemic yr leh.
 
I confuse with acaedemic year etc.
So 2009 intake is for 2006 kids or only 2005 kids?

Think like tat clearer. Haha
 
last time iz's PAP nursery was 2005 for 2001...thats was 4 yrs old..but iz just turned 3..cos was born in dec 2001. so all 4 yrsold..he 3 yrs nia

and ian's n1 (3yrs old)oso academic yr..2009 for kids born in 2006

I think you meant N1 PAP, right? Only selected PCF has N1. My plc only has Nursery class (N2), so will only ystart when child is 4yrs old aka academic yr 2010 for our kids.
 
oh....so ur PCF only has nursery..like izloh..last tiemonly nursery 4yrs old...now got n1 but is 3 bus stop away...

U went SK? We wanted to go swimming but was raining the whole weekends.

We went AMK, went to Pine garden and get their cake. Nice Nice.
