(2006/06) June 2006 MTB

Paual,

Poor Kell, down again. Zach hv it when he was only 10mths old that time. I bring him to GP and they give him some liquid medicine to apply and also with anti-biotic and he get recover in 3days.
Wat happen to KKH is that they normally don give Anti now a day unless u hv very bad infection.
So try GP or PD. I go to the Clinic in CCK central near DBS bank Edinbogo...something I don't know how to spell. But there is a lady DR. Kee is quite good. Prepare to wait, q very long. Maybe u can try since is near your place.

Paula,

I also use clean cloth and clean his mouth with mild salt water.
hope it can help u. Don so stress la, if not you can't take proper care of her.

Cutie,
I have given up hopes on GP ... ended up with too many misdiagnosis and some of the medication dispended are not suitable for infants; according to PDs.

paula,
this is no good.. which means the infection is still quite bad. better bring to her another PD tmr morning.

even with antibiotics, wes took almost 4 days before completely no fever at all.

Paula, Dr Kee at CCK central quite good was introduce by my friend when she work as a part time adminstraive in the clinic. My SIL also use her for her 1yr old gal. Her comment also good.
Of course if you don find comfortable then bring her to Winston at Kidslink 2moro. He also not too bad, I use to c him when Zach is below 1yr old. If she like Yorgurt, can give her a little too.
How is Kell now, she start to eat?? Remember the milk should not be too cold, they prefer cold stuff when they are having ulcer.

huh? yoghurt also hv metal????

i wan to faintz... really nothing is safe now. best is grow urself!

Paula - how's kell now...
if she is on antibioditcs, good to give probiotics to "replenish" her good bactaria in her intentines. Antibiodics usu KILLS off all bactaria... including the good ones.

paula

A POPULAR baby food is among two yoghurt products recalled because of possible metal contamination.

National Foods Limited yesterday announced the immediate recall of its Baby Yoplait and Yoplait Elivae lines.

No other products are affected.

The company said the recall was a precautionary measure and there was no evidence to suggest any product had been contaminated.

The Baby Yoplait products affected have best-before dates between November 4 and November 23 this year.

The Yoplait Elivae products affected have best-before dates between November 10 and November 17.

National Foods has recalled some Yoplait yoghurt products that may have been contaminated with metal flakes, a company spokeswoman says.

Baby Yoplait four-packs in the flavours vanilla, vanilla and banana, and peach and pear, with "best before" dates between November 4 and November 23 inclusive, should be returned to where they were purchased for a full refund.

The National Foods spokeswoman said unexpected corrosion had caused some metal to flake into the product at the company's Morwell plant in Victoria's east.

"The small flakes of metal are possibly chrome and they are three to four millimetres long and one millimetre wide," she said.

The corrosion was discovered during a machine upgrade, she said.

Wow sunflower u so late still online huh.

Blogger video - there is an new icon on the tool bar to upload it. Pattern of a reel of flims.

MTDT, Steffi,
Thanks ... she is still running a high temperature. Stress out manz.

Sunflower,
Sayang sayang not enough. Can have hugs too? Hahaha. Yea, bringing her to PD this morning.

MTDT,
Ur blog really solid ...

Paula, hope kelly get well soon. Hugs XOXO..

Steffi, hugs to your bro's baby. Hope he will recover soon too!

Sunflower, thanks for the link on Baby Yopliat, my GF is giving her boy that.

I just bought Yopliat for my gal recently, but it didnt state baby yopliat on the lid....it comes in those mini tubs, 6-in-1 package....is this considered baby yopliat?

Steffi: Think that's the baby yoplait. I'm giving my son that and he loves the banana flavoured one!

Mich: Adult yogurt like Marigold, Anlene, etc? Actually reason why I get yoplait is cos they are smaller packs. Adult yogurt packs are bigger, don't know if it's too much for him to eat all at 1 go.

i just called AVA n checked w them. Oni the batch with Best Before Date of 11/11/2007 is affected.

"The National Food Limited has notified the Singapore importer that only the following product has been exported to Singapore: Baby Yoplait Vanilla & Banana (pack of 4x100g) with Best Before Date of 11/11/2007."

http://sg.news.yahoo.com/cna/20071018/tap-306432-231650b.html

Cos i bought 1 pack last week dated best before date of 23/10/2007, gg to throw away e rest.

rodeo, u scared too much, i scared too little... haha!! i feed Bren 100-150g sometimes even 200ml!! for breakfast, every other day.

Kite: Thanks for the info! So means the 6-pack kind isn't Baby Yoplait cos the Banana and Vanila flavour is separate.

Mich: Hehe, I scared too much cos when I started him with yogurt, just a few spoons lead to very soft stools. Even now, he will kena after eating 2 grapes.

rodeo
i am even worse, only give my gal a quarter to half cup of those 6 pack kind..the rest all went into my tummy....kekek, scared too sour for her etc....

oh no i missed all yr postings.. only saw it now.. my MIL was stil feeding my boy yogurt 2 days ago... he was taking the bb yoplait i think vanilla.. cham!

just called my hb to throw all away.. though it's stated 'best before 20 oct".. better be safe!
