Hi all, we're not going to bali already - at least that's what I think. Hb say I didn't sound too enthusiastic, so postponed. Florence, what u mentioned really scared me. Now, will be Miss Paranoid for a while already...
Clare, u're really so funny. I think u should just go and check lah. I already checked twice since giving birth to Sarah. My hb damn lazy when it comes to BD, so I always get paranoid after BDing. Luckily we never do so often otherwise I would hv spent a bomb just on the kits alone... bloody kits not cheap. =P Last Friday I also did a test and turned our negative. Threw away the stick but yesterday when I went to the bathroom, I saw that the bin have been cleared EXCEPT for the clearblue box. I think my MIL sending me subtle message that she know what hb and I have been up to... =P *so pai seh*

Sandra, ya Edgar's quite comfy and happy in the pool. *phew*! He probably think how come today his bathtub is so huge! As to overcoming Sarah's fear, maybe try hugging Sarah really tight when u walk into the pool. And hold her higher so that only her feet touches the water. Then walk around in the pool and slowly try to dip her lower and lower but still hugging her tightly. Maybe she will get used to it after a while

I tot it's precisely because they are young bbies, dat's y need float?! Think the float is quite useful coz you don't have to keep carrying. Thou they are quite weightless in the water compared to on land!

that's very good timing. I did that when i was in sch, now old lady. hopefully can finish the 10km shape run within 1hr.
florence, no, I feed before I go jogging in the car. anyway, I think better bring the sports bra and change at the park, running with nursing bra is really uncomfortable.
tabbiesus, florence and queen, if only you gals have the jogger, then we can go jogging together with our babies. hee, hee. actually it's not really a big investment because the jogger can take up to 34kg so your toddler can still sit in it up to even pri sch.
sunny, I think jogging helps with delivery. my labour was short and my dilation was quick, when I went to the hos at 9am, I was already 3cm dilated without any pain. pain only came at 12pm with the medication and by 4pm plus, I delivered. because of the short labour, I didn't use epidural. I think queen also has quite a short labour wo epidural.

Very tempted to buy the jogger but have been spending quite a bit of $$$ on bb stuff oredi -playyard, playmat, mattress with side bumper,leappad...the list never seems to end!!!!

No leh, my labour was still quite long (10h+) despite exercising so much. Maybe cos I was induced, was only 1cm dialated when I admitted. The pain was bearable tho, no epidural too
But I may say it helped alot for the pushing part and during pregnancy itself.

Can I ask what time is the catering? This is cos we are not swimming so wanna know what's the best time to go and if we really need food at all cos 1pm-5pm, I assume it is tea right? If heavy meal, count my share out on the food cos will eat at home first.

Any of you using NUK bottles? Can I ask how much of the teat does your baby take in and suck? Recently my boy is sucking until the valve hole also covered, lips touching the teat cap. Sometimes the teat also gets distorted (sucked in). How?

I think you are using the premium anti-colic bottle right? Any of such problem? I am using the normal bottles.

There are 5 tables and about 30 chairs in all at the bbq area, shared by 3 bbq pits. My fren booked 2 pits, 1 for herself and 1 for us. If no one else booked the 3rd one, we can use the rest of the tables and chairs.
As for the address, see below. I will PM you her unit no. later. For mummies coming by cars, can park in the basement near the drive way. Her block is the one nearest to the entrance. So is the whirlpool and bbq pit. U can see it as soon as you come in via the main entrance.

Recently seems like the thread is bit quiet...

Like Mongs, I had a short labour without epidural. Didn't find the contractions too painful so only used the gas for comfort. Labour only lasted about 6 hours, by the time I checked into TMC, I'm already 8-9cm dilated. Heehee... makes me think back on my labour man.

Tummy not firm loh, cannot see when standing up and when sitting, sighhhh... but my HB lagi worse. Now got love handles liao. To think he used to be a hunky canooeist when I met him yesrs ago. Haha...

no lei, it's really easy to push and jog. the jogger is designed for jogging so you won't have your legs hitting the wheels because the wheels are right by the sides. the handle bar can be adjusted to suit different people of different height. the wheels are rubberised real wheels, need to pump once a year so it's very sturdy and easy to push.
I guess a lot of mothers stop pumping at night so no more early morning posts plus baby more responsive so I guess a lot of mothers are spending time with their babies?

Anyone realise that the injection site will be a little hardened? i accidentally felt celste thigh yest and realised there seems like a lump under her skin.. is it normal? FIl say cos the skin beneath stil swollen leh..
