I also had blood after passing motion few weeks ago. Now ok liao.. I take at least 3 servings of fruits everyday. I find that it helps loh.. Also, don't force. Only go toilet when u feel the urge. My gf who had piles told me that the doc says that pple who sit on the toilet bowl longer(e.g. those that read newspapers) will tend to have piles as the pressure is built on ard that area, so coz piles loh. I don't think u shld stop calcium suppl, usually, it's iron that causes constipation. Based on the babycentre update for week 30, we need lots of calcium, etc:
