Yes, the position of my placenta caused bleeding during my first tri and I had to go back to my gynae at Gleneagles every wed and sat for 2 injections to stabilise the placenta. If possible, Perhaps u can consider full day child-care + part-time helper or a maid. Try not to do any housework or anything strenuous as well and that includes mopping the floor, sweeping the floor & ironing the clothes (as it required u to stand for long periods of time which is not good). My maid didn't come until I was in my 2nd tri so we got by the difficult period by buying ourselves a ROOMBA robot to sweep the floor every night when we sleep and my hb will do the mopping every weekend. As for ironing, we kept it to a minimum by wearing clothes that didn't require or require minimal ironing to work. Sometimes, my parents or my MIL will help out abit too.
