Hi all,

I bought Cephas for his 1st dip in the pool on Sat evening. Wow, he was so fascinated with the pool! HB slowly sat in the pool with him. All he did was look ard at the water & blew bubbles from his mouth. After that, we sat him in his float. He was so relaxed. In order to keep him warm, we fed him milk there & then. He just leaned back & drank his milk. Will post that photo if I transfer from my HP to the PC.

do your experience any spotting in between periods? my first menses was per normal but this second time round, i had light spotting (pink & red) just 10 days after my menses ended. a colleague of mine said she had the same thing and her gynae said its perfectly ok cos our body is stil adjusting our menses thingie after 9months of rest... anyone having it too???

any mummies went rebonding?
I desperately want to change my hair style. have been rebonding hair for the past 5 years. now that it's long, was thinking of rebonding again but really quite sick of it. also been dropping hair so thinking of cutting hair to slightly above the shoulder. any good hair stylist with good snip skills to recommend? please advice the cost also. thanks. my hair is very diff to manage, got a natural curl that is a bit fizz.

I still on partial BF. 2 feeds a day, also no menses yet. Had very light spotting 2 weeks back. Got so kan cheong, went out to buy a big pack of sanitary pads... in the end nothing came... heehee

My hairstylist is now at Far East Plaza. Hair plus on the 5th floor. It's a Korean owned hair salon. Not sure how good he is at short hair. I've always let him trim and colour. Can give him a call to check. 9431 8140

Thanks for the link. I have looked through it and it is a good website which gives tips on how to protect own system. However it seems that the majority of the viruses attacks Microsoft Outlook/Outlook Express/IE 5.5 and below and other email clients...

As Windows are quite weak security wise, its best we update the patches and our anti virus definitions regularly...cos you may be infected even if u are a normal email user....

I would advise people that participate to use Yahoo webmail (as I did so) instead as they have anti-virus. And no attachment will be opened unless you opened it yourself.

For me, I had received junk emails in my Yahoo Mail from senders that I do not know. Even with senders I know, I would scanned the attachment before I open it.

As many of us are net savvy, it is up to the indivdual to use their own judgement on what is the amount of risk they want to take.

Anyway, to each his own..

there's a bp on ergo carrier now. even with bp discount, it's $100+ for the carrier leh. that's why i am not keen to buy without trying it first. that's going to be ergo carriers at the fair issit? then I will bring bb there to try. : )
