Jenifur: no leh, she refuses when hubby or my mum feed her too. i always give in to her when i see her cry so hard. haha.. my girl like to pull her blanket into her mouth. haha.. thanks Kris!

jenifur: I'm taking fenugreek from Nature's Farm. The capsule is 2cm long. NOt v big lah. DId u try to take 2 cups of the tea, each time with 2 teaspoon of it? Water is v important leh. At work, between 730am-230pm I drink abt 1.4 litres of it, plus abt 8oz of the Kyo-Green (got young barley grass, young wheat grass, brown rice, chlorella, kelp and FOS inside)drink. Go home drink some more, then thru the nite sometimes I also drink up to 500ml. And I eat and eat one..

Or is your menses coming??

No leh my menses nt coming yet... Mayb it's bcuz I'm not drinking enuf fluid, I nv like to drink plain water since young onli drink milk & fruit juice @ hm. Jialat nw mus force myself to drink plain water liao.

I made 1 small pot of nursing tea (about 5 coffee cups) w 3 teaspoons of tea leave..

Will try to up my plain water intake tmr

& observe b4 buying fenugreek. Thanks

so amazing, Clarisse has learnt how to turn back (to lay on her back) after she turn to lie on her tummy. and she seems to enjoy turning n turning. and now she can use her hands to grab things while she is on her tummy and even move into the direction where things are.

I;m abit confused. by now we shld try to feed our bb less often @ nite rite? so that by 6 mths to drop night feeding. But if feed less mean we'll produce less milk. oops... then supply will be worse.. i feed every 2-3 hrs at nite hoping to boost ss. do u all feed or training to drop feeding?

featherg: Kyo green is a powdered mix of young barley grass, young wheat grass, brown rice, chlorella, kelp and FOS. It's supposed to help with digestion and generally health of our gut. It's also supposed to be gd for our bbs if we're bfing cos it makes their poop more efficient and also let them have better gut health loh. I got it from Nature's Farm. abt $50 per bottle. Quite tasty one.

3rascals: Our body will adjust as we drop the last feed. Ss wun drop one. Dun worry.

Infact as we go into bfing during the 5-6 month, our bm is no longer produced cos of the prolactin in our body. So we wun even get engorged anymore. But this doesn't mean there's no more milk. Bm at later stages is made more readily upon bb's sucking.

carole: when u were saying sit down there.. for 15 mins.. looking stupid while bf.. made me laugh! coz i try to visualize it! haha.. keke..have fun in the crawlers class...am back home alone with hb.. mm.. watching tv.. have a glass of red wine or two.. chill out a bit while bb is at in laws place.. hehe.. if not.. i think i will go bonkers man.. work during day.. and night feedings.. seven days a week. hehe..

But I had a great time shopping today also.With my "bao bei". went out since 1pm for his vacin follow by shopping..reached hm near to midnite.. haha..luckily got 2 assistants (sis & her bf) carrying my barang, & driving me ard.. So shiosk.. : )

each time when my girl started fussing, when the trainer comes near n start flashing the cards, it somehow catches her attention. Same goes to Janelle too.

BJG can be located at Orchid Country Club & Pasir Ris. However you will have to wait another term before you can start e course, meaning gota wait 10 wks after 2-Apr. By then Sabrina could hv missed out alot of fun...
