Hi Ladies,
Just wanna share with something about Caffeine:
Caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant and during pregnancy it has an extended half-life. For years there has been a question about its effect on pregnancy. Some studies have suggested that caffeine is a risk factor for reduced birth weight and that it increases the risk of birth defects and miscarriage. Studies of woman who consumed more than 300 mg of caffeine per day do have a greater risk for delivering smaller babies, but the research has not been able to determine whether it is the caffeine or other lifestyle factors that cause the lower birth weights.
