@Missy: Ya i dun drink straight from fridge coz its too cold. My hubby will 'thaw' the milk for me everynight for about 20mins. @Celia: Ya i am experiencing the same thing. I visit my washroom at least 3 times when i sleep for 6-7hrs. Max record is 5 times!

I am drinking Magnolia Fresh milk. Heard its better than HL / Diasy coz they are pasturised milk not fresh milk. Meiji Fresh milk is good too!
