Hi, I’m a first-time mom in my first trimester, I’m looking for recommendations on female gynae that can deliver at mount A, mount E or TMC. I saw good reviews online for Dr Lim May Li, I want to know about her consultation style, will she ask you a lot of questions, very patient and empathetic, is she a pro natural delivery and her skill on stitching. anyone has experienced who can share with me will be much appreciated.

I’m seeing Dr Regina at GynaeMD Clementi, she delivers at Mount A and TMC, and I’ve found her really easy to talk to. She’s patient, doesn’t rush, and takes time to explain things without overloading you, which I appreciate as a first-timer too. Haven’t delivered yet, but so far her calm and supportive vibe gives me confidence in her care.

I totally get how you feel! I was a ball of nerves during my first few appointments, constantly worrying I’d be rushed through my questions. It made such a massive difference finding someone who actually took the time to listen and explain things simply, without all the confusing medical jargon. That calm, supportive vibe really helps settle the "first-timer" jitters and makes the whole journey feel way less daunting. I’m also seeing Dr Regina at the moment, and I honestly couldn't agree more about her easy-going and patient approach!

It is completely normal to feel that way! When I was expecting my first, I spent so much time worrying about whether I would feel like just another number in a waiting room. I really needed someone who would talk to me like a person rather than just a patient.

I found that having a doctor who stays calm and uses straightforward language makes a world of difference. It stops you from overthinking every little detail and actually lets you enjoy the process a bit more, we actually have the same gynae, Dr Regina!
