hi. I and my partner is both married to other parties. We been together for sometime but recently i found out that I’m 1 month pregnant.
We decided to keep the baby be together and divorce with both other parties.
Problem lies on my current husband. He does not wan to sign the divorce paper. Can only go through separation.
But baby will be due in another 8 months.

Will I be sued for adultery if husband found out I’m pregnant during separation?
When baby is born. Am I able to put my partner name as father in birth cert of my baby when I’m going through separation with my husband.
Or will it be best for me to seek legal help??

best for you to seek legal help bah. may be hard for you to seek advice here as i'm sure many would agree with me that the both of you should have proceeded for divorce first before all these came abt. esp since you claim that the both of you have been tgt for quite some time already.

i've seen a no. of adultery cases and unfortunately cannot empathize with any of the 3rd parties.
