Despite Chinese traditions getting watered down from generation to generation, the CNY reunion dinner is one that continues to remain as popular as ever. 12. Orient Palace

13. Prima Tower Revolving Restaurant

14. Si Chuan Dou Hua
The first and only Chinese restaurant in Singapore to do so, Si Chuan Dou Hua serves Bountiful Blessings Yusheng with Fugu, a Japanese word that sounds like the word for ‘blessings’. The pufferfish sashimi is directly imported from fugu capital Shimonoseki. 25. Beng Hiang Restaurant
Families who have been patronising Beng Hiang Restaurant since 1978 know that it’s the place to go for authentic Hokkien cuisine. 32. Spring Court
Singapore’s oldest family-run restaurant, Spring Court has been dedicated to helping Singaporeans celebrate every occasion with homely local Chinese cuisine since 1929.
