Cosi*bb:i got some spotting during my first pregnancy after i went swimming.gynae gave me an injection to stabilise the pregnancy.no medication if im not wrong.did they give u a jab?
Thanks for all your concern. Housewife, yes they gave me a jab n prescribe duphaston. But sadly, throughout last night n till now, I expelled a lot of blood, n 2 huge blood clots of tissue. I'm still trying to come to terms with what is happening to my bb. Will see the gynae tmr to face the inevitable.

Agnes: Dr adrian delivered my #1 and i'm happy with his stiching skills. He may seem abit aloof but actually he's very nice. As for TMC, my experience there is a pleasant one as well, the nurses were very caring.</font>

O Housewife.. I heard from the nurse at CCK TMC clinic that Mt A having massive reno till next year and now traffic is very inconvenient there. even doctors who deliver at both hospitals do not cover or prefer not to deliver at mt A. gotta park really far and if reno, the environment oso not too clean..

Dear all, thanks for your concern. Sorry didn't update ytd. It's been confirmed that bb is no longer there. Doc couldn't find the sac, just an empty womb. I've seen this coming, so I'm quite prepared. I knew now that what i scooped up from the bottom of the toilet bowl that night was truly my bb.
I'm blessed that God made it a physically painless one for me, for I only felt menstrual-like cramps during the process. I chose to go natural instead of d&c since the sac was already out. Now I'm just waiting for the bleeding to stop and uterus to be cleared, waiting for the next period and start trying for a healthy child.
From missing the period, testing positive on the pregnancy kit, seeing the gynae and seeing bb's hb, preparing for motherhood to losing my bb, these 3 wks have been very eventful. Thank you all for accompanying me through this journey, though albeit short, but full of highs and lows. My bb came unexpected, and unexpectedly, it went. But I knew bb tried very hard to stay alive, 3 times I saw its heartbeat flickering on the screen during these few days. I was fortunate, and bb is safely in heaven now, so i have nothing to worry. To all you mummies here, I sincerely wish you a smooth sailing pregnancy. Enjoy this moment, even the ms and all, for with each ms comes the news that bb is safe and growing.
Btw anyone has any tcm to recommend to 'tiao' the body after mc? My gynae said don't need to do any mini confinement, but back home n tcm says tt mc is more harmful to the body than childbirth. So don't know which cult to follow.

Cosi*bb, take good care. It is not easy to go through all this, but just stay strong and positive. My 1st preggie was mc also. was very sad to find out, but keep consoling myself.. now i have 2 beautiful kids, and hoping for the 3rd one to be fine too...
I checked the due date calculator considering the luteal phase... I should be only about 5 weeks prggie.. so hopefully it's true that it's still too early to see the hb.. hope everything will be fine 2 weeks later...

Hello everyone! Just tested using clear blue n it says 1-2 weeks. Still very early. Will wait for a few more weeks before gg to the gynae. This is my #2. Seems like there are quite a lot of mommies with #2 in this thread.
My #1 was born in Mt A. I stayed in a 2 bedded n after deducting medisave, cash payment was only $200+. Would prefer Mt A for #2 too if the renov doesnt affect.

hihi mummies, I hope I can join this thread actively if i tested positive. This is my 3rd day of missing my menses, and it has never been late. If tio, then this is my #2. And base on online calculator, edd will be 26th nov, same as my #1.
btw, my #1 is a boy and 16 months old. If i have a dragon, then it will be 龙争虎斗。

i tried with the pregnancy test strip, those cheap cheap one on my 2nd day missed menses, negative.
I rem for my #1, i only can see faint line on those test strip after a week.. then go buy test kits to confirm, also faint line. Confirm with gynae then realise 5 weeks preg. Prob after work will go and get a kit, abit gan cheong with the results!</font>
