It’s that time of year again when we dress (the kids) up in ghoulishly cute costumes and go trick-or-treating. Of course, parents with young kids would prefer lots of “Boos” with no “Boo hoo hoos” afterwards. Thankfully, these kid-friendly Halloween events 2019 are designed especially for families looking for a spine-chilling time sans nightmares! Oh, and that’s right—we have not one but two giveaways for you!

It’s Happy Halloween time at buds by Shangri-La this month. At 11am and 3.30pm on weekends and public holidays, kids aged six years and up can make Cookies & Cream Bloody Donuts in Bake classes ($58 per child). Other activities include making a Halloween treat bag ($8 per child), Spooky Flying Ghost Cups, temporary ‘scary’ tattoos and trick-or-treating at The Witch’s House. The region’s most iconic scare event returns with five haunted houses, two scare zones and two killer shows. Taking centrestage is Curse of the Naga, the first regional collaboration with directors of Thai horror films Shutter and 4bia.
