When to excerise after birth?

Is it true we cannot resum vigorous excerise for few mths after natural birth in order to let our womb heal? IF not, womb may sag when we grow older?
 


better dun...in case ur womb drop....if u are thinking of exercise to slim down, why nt u take a 3 mths program tat is effective and will guarantee slim u down and no exercise required. u can email me at [email protected]
 
each of us have differences and it depends on our bodies flexibilities ..i agree w/ reenreenz.. ask for your doc's go signal

Actually I stopped for 4 mths already just that heard womb will drop so got worried .
Diana, main thing is I enjoyed d after workout feeling.
I took TRA before my wedding yr 3 mths program which is not cheap too. But thanks for offering.

I was able to start 4 weeks after my first pregnancy as I was active before I gave birth.
Currently at 38+ weeks for 2nd pregnancy and it could be different this time round as I wasn't exercising as often as I was during my first pregnancy.
 
depends on individual, but basically i went to the same fitness centre after my past 5 pregancies. i wasn't exercising often previously but knowing that the energy level is needed for my kids, i know i have to do it.
 
Looks accurate enough. That was pretty much what I did after my first pregnancy except that I was jogging from 2nd month onwards.
 
i just did my c-section 4 mths back. it doesnt hurt as much, but my mum told me to rest more. i really want to get back into shape.
 
Hmn..I started jogging when my gynae gave the go ahead signal. This was approximately 6 weeks after normal delivery. Started with jogging once/twice a week. Now, I have 3 weeks left before going back to work.Desperately jogging 3/4 times a week now to get back into shape before gg back to wk. Believe in no pain, no gain
