welfare/grant for single mom

like to know what are the welfare/benefit (subsidy, grant. medical, etc) out there that we can ask/apply? i'm aware it's very limited but still want to know those applicable...

Am interested to know too. I knw we have childcare subsidy as long as our kid is sporean.
