Well I am sorry for late. But if you haven't got the solution yet then you can try out this solution. Well whenever we think about loosing weight the very first thing that comes in our mind is GYM. And at times we skip going to the gym due to our busy schedules. same problem happened with me.
. I was also an over weighted person. But I tried many things for loss my weight but didn't work for me. then I search on line for weight loss tips and I found a link: recumbentbikesforyou. where I read all the reviews of people with their experience of treadmill and recumbent bikes. then I thought I Should also buy recumbent bike and then I order online for the manual treadmill and one magnetic recumbent bike. I still doing exercise. and now my weight is 124 pounds. I lost my 12 pounds in 2 month.
