My assistant is going on for Maternity Leave soon, and have been trying to search for a candidate to temporary replace her position for the last 2 months, but not to news... Wonder if anyone is keen to work for 4-6 months under contract basis. It can be convert to full time after the 6 months, if you are keen.
Job Title: Supply Chain Executive
Working Area: East (Eunos)
Requirement:
- At least 3 years of working experience in similar field
- Experience in export/import operation will be advantages
- Good knowledge and understand of Warehouse operations
- Systematic and logical approach to planning with large data
- Strong written and veral communications
- Able to converse/read/write in Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel (MUST)
- Data sensitive & problem solving skills
- Able to travel overseas on short notice (10-20% travelling is expected)
Job Responsibilities:
External:
- Understand and conduction quarterly SCM evaluation to share with distributors/suppliers on know-how to improve overall logistic operation performance
- Initiate and lead SCM projects for distributor warehouse operation set up & upgrade
- Implement and organize SCM project management, monitoring and reporting SCM activities, milestones, and impact to results
- Collect, analyze and prepare monthly report
- Support for inventory planning for key distributors
Internal:
- Assist with smooth and efficient warehouse operations
- Assist with controlling the order cycle of packaging material
- Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements
- Prepare monthly warehouse activities
- Engage with Procurement on professional selection process through RFQ
- Negotiate and agree commercial conditions with local service providers
Salary will be based on experience, qualifications etc
