Urgent Maternity & CCL

Hi , would like to check if anyone knows this?

After 16 week paid maternity leave and suppose to be back to work on 26 Dec 2017, still able to use 6 days CCL for 26 Dec 2017 to 31 December 2017?

Let’s say if resign in Feb or March 2018.
Can company deduct back salary for the CCL that was taken on 26 Dec -31 Dec 2017 (6 days)

I think different coys different policies.
I have colleague who left in August this year. She has used up her ccl, csl, etc.. Coy did not ask her pay back. They only pro rated her annual leave.
MC also never pro rate.

So I think they have no rights to ask u pay back ur ccl consumed in Dec2017 even if u quit in feb 2018.

But something to share. The 4 months maternity leave cannot be used for serving notice period. This is in mom guideline.
