"Swarovski does offer for each piece purchased from authorized Swarovski retailers a local limited warranty covering manufacturing and material defects under normal use for a period of 2 years, commencing from the date of purchase.
Please note, however, that pieces available in the US are not necessarily available in other parts of the world. Therefore, they may not be able to repair/replace a damaged item in Singapore if that piece is not available there.
We suggest, if you could, at your convenience, bring your item to Singapore's collection centers at:
- Swarovski – Suntec City
- Swarovski – Raffles City
- Swarovski - Vivo City
- Swarovski – Tampines Mall
Their repair specialist will be able to assess the item professionally whether it is covered under our warranty and if it is repairable. To facilitate the assessment, kindly bring along the invoice with its original packaging.
