Swaddling

Hi mummies... my lo is abt 54 days old. He cant sleep deeply in e day and he gt to swaddled in the day if not he will wake himself up by waving his hands and by startled movements of his own..

Just wondering how long can we swaddle a baby. .. as in up to how old. .
