STATUS UPDATE: Items missing/not sent in Batch #1-4

- After many phone calls/emails/chasers, I obtain partial credit refund from Supplier. (Partial credit refund due to discrepancy in Supplier's sent item lists vs my missing item list).
- I will, however, reimburse affected spreeists 1st owing to the time lapse. (I will rather clear the refunds 1st so that Spreeists can "move on".)
- Pls refer to the rightmost column "Amt (S$) for the refund amt of the corresponding item which you did not receive.
- This amt excludes the courier/shipping charges which I may have used to offset when your other items arrive.
- I will send each spreeist an email on the final amt to be refunded. Pls provide your bank details. I will notify you once refund is completed.

Hi alabone

This supplier's website charges 4% Paypal fee on total purchase for every online payment via credit card (I am not sure about other payment modes).
I believe every spree organiser incurs this charge but it's up to her how she calculates it (eg. it may be bundled together with shipping costs).
For me, I deem it "fairer" to declare this cost upfront with it being directly charged with 1st payment (item cost + 4%) & subsequent 4% apportioned to shipping costs.
