Sending maid stuff to Batam..

Hi,
I am planning to send some household stuff (used clothes/toys./food stuff.....) to my maid in Batam.

I've read about Balikbayan and called few of them in Orchard but mostly only doing SG-Philipines door service.

Any reliable agent can be recommended?
