Sacred tea

Hi all mommies. I'm currently bf my baby but I found that my milk supply is not that much compared to my first pregnancy. I tried fenugreek but seems that my milk supply went down further, sad!!! I heard about sacred tea. Where do I purchase and is it safe to drink? Thanks!!!

I think there is a BP on the sacred tea. Personally I have not used it s not sure if it's effective.
