As I will be relocating soon and I'm recommending my current nanny who has been taking care of my two kids(5 yrs, 3 yrs) for the past 5 years. My eldest kid was under her care since he is around 9months and my youngest since 3months.

-no pet
-mandarin speaking
-hardworking, neat and clean
-price can negotiate with her

Is she flexible in hrs and what is the charges like?
Have to put baby in Nanny hse?
