Recommendation for Waterproof breathable mat for baby cot or playpen

Hi mummies,
I would like to buy a waterproof mat to place in baby cot/playpen so that baby can sleep on it and not wet the bed.
I have been looking around but not sure what is good.
I am giving birth in 4 weeks time. so would like to quickly get one and prepare for birth.

My sister used to buy the Pigeon cotton changing mat with pvc base - she said its very good and baby doesn't feel warm sleeping on it. She tried a lot of different mats and none as good.
Most are either too thin or too warm for baby.
But a pity I cant find this Pigeon cotton changing mat anymore.

Any of you have any recommendation?
Would like to get one that is breathable and not warm for baby.
of coz easy to wash as well.

Am using moo moo kow mattress pad. Been using it for 6 mths now. Nice prints and baby love it.
If u find the mattress pad a lil thick, u can get the big changing pad. I am using both.

The baby fair next week at expo shld have some promo for it.
