Hi all, my 4.5 mths son, just switched him to partially FM, about 3 times BM and 3 times FM. He did not poo poo for almost 4days. He don't look any sigh of discomfort, still as active and drinking well. I do give him plainwater after every FM feed. Any advice?

Try the bicycle massage method. Hold your baby's leg as in riding a bicycle, do it for abt 1 minute. Then hold both legs, rotate left in anticlockwise, then in rotate right in clockwise. Each time around 1 minute. Do this everyday to help bb poo.
