Planter box

Anyone knows how to cover up balcony planter box (2.1 x 0.4 m) in rented condo and how much it will cost? Worried that the baby will climb out and fall into it.. Can't be too expensive also cause it's only rented and have to save up money for baby

Usually outdoor chengal wood or composite wood is used for decking. These materials can withstand the harsh weather elements. Not sure on the cost but don't think it's cheap.

Can't use cheap wood as they'll rot easily and pose another danger.
