This is frustrating and maddening.

Here's the history:
07/1 : I submitted my order and paid
16/1 : Update from you was that you were still waiting for 2 more mummies to reply
18/1 : My question to you whether have you proceeded with purchase

Between 18/1 to 30/1 (13 days) no update on whether item was ordered at all.

30/1 : I am requesting for a refund since there is no status made known to me that you have ordered.

31/1 : Out of the sudden your reply is that the order was placed some time back.

Is there a good explanation?
