Maid to transfer

Hi,

I'm transferring out my Indonesian helper. Presently she's responsible for household works: housekeeping, laundry, cooking, etc. We have trained her to cook Chinese dishes and herbal soup. She prepares the kid's meals and cleans the baby utensils.

She has 4 Sundays off per month and she'd like to keep them.

We want to make sure that the next household she's going to will be one that she's comfortable with since she's been helpful while she works with us

PM me if you're keen to interview her

Hi,

Can I check for transfer maid, if in the event the maid is no good, what should I do? Do i have to send her back or i can park her in any agency who is helping me to look for another maid?

Thanks

if u have gotten your this transfer maid from same agency, u can return to them. either they send her back or trf her to other potential employers

If I get the maid from a friend, can I just put her in any agency?

ooohhh i dun think so cos maid is not from agency. and i dun think your maid is willing to go to any agency too. cancel her wp, buy her air tix and repatriate her back.

It depends if the "new" agency is willing to take in your maid. But do bear in mind that you will still have to pay for the maid's lodging and food (think $10 per day?) until the maid gets transferred out to a new maid.

Best if you find her no good, is to send her back home.
Or you talk to the maid and find out her problems, and get the maid agency to "counsel" the maid to do her work properly and give her a chance if she really wants to continue working for you.

Hope this helps.
