1) Assured next day door-step delivery
2) Will be deposited into recipient's letterbox if no one is available to receive it during the first delivery attempt to doorstep.
3) When delivered to letterbox, postman's signature on the delivery note is deemed as proof of delivery. Retrieval of a duplicate copy of the signed delivery note is available upon request at S$2.

SmartPac does not provide any form of tracking feature. If tracking is required, please opt for Registered Article service instead.

In other words, in event of lost smartpac - its like normal post - can't be found.

I recommend for mummies who have someone home to receive the package.

Not for those who do not have anyone home to receive package - pls opt for reg mail if not it's courier $6
