Looking forward a helper with reference (childcare)

Hi everybody,
I am mummy of a girl (3,5 years old) and a boy (24 months).
It's quite difficult everyday because they are very young both and they are very active.
Fortunately, they go to school.
We are French and we've been living for 1 year in Singapore.
Now, I would like to hire a maid but with reference because the children are very young and my boy doesn't speak for the moment so I need someone very patient and who loves young children.
Ideally, I am looking for a helper who stayed for a long time with the same employer (4 years and more) and speaks English.
I wait a lot from this website so please help me to find a good helper to take care of my children.

Hi... I currently have a good helper from Indo who has been with me for 2+ years. She started taking care of my baby boy when he was 5 months old, now turning 3 years old in Sep. I was quite nervous initially about letting a helper to take care of my baby but she is an honest, cheerful, patient and reliable helper whom I can trust. Besides taking care of my boy, she is doing housework and cooking sometimes. Since she started working with me, I never really had to tell her what to do as she would know what to do for the house most of the time. I'm planning to let her go around Oct 14 as my family will be moving to a new apartment with limited space and I'm sending my boy to preschool. Her current salary is $600 per month with 1 day off (she wants to save money for her 8 year old son's schooling so she didn't want to have weekly day off and requested me to pay her $600).
