Preloved is fine as long as in good working condition.
Asking for a friend who stays in a hostel so just need basic one to vacuum the room every now and then, no need frills or any advanced technology.
Preferably not too noisy and not so old model that vacuum bags are hard to find when need to replace.
North area collection preferred.
